Replacing Sony CD Player Laser

This part no. KSS-213B optic lense. It is the same one used on the Rotel RCD-991 CD Player.

This video is for the Sony CDP-CE375, would that laser unit be compatible with the one used in a Sony CDP-CE545 ?

Is the soldered jumper pretty standard on the Sony lasers? Looking at the instructions (thank you!), I think I could do a replacement, except I have no soldering tools. Maybe I could ask a friend.
