I’m having a issue idk why when I put my diff together it is just rough and nasty feeling. I’ve build tons of traxxas and b6 diffs this gives me a hard time

you should of upgraded the diff out drives to the tlr 22 5.0 ones part number is (tlr232092) as the tlr one are much stronger then the stock one plus run tlr 22 5.0 axles (tlr03022) and refull it with 500,000 it should be super hard to turn in your hand
