First of all: Thanks for the video. What kind of screw driver is it (the one you use to disassemble the teflon seal). Is this a special Harder & Steenbeck tool?

Yes, it is a special tool shown in the needle. You can buy it from your H&S distributor. I am not sure if any other screw driver of similar size will work but I won't risk it.
