0:28 I'm pretty sure using a crimp sleeve like that is against code on anything other than ground wires. Even if it isn't, it's still really sketchy and dangerous. Don't leave it alone, fix it. Cut that thing off and pigtail the wires. I'm assuming that wasn't done by you, but a previous person that worked on that box.
@brianbuddy2ACP Thanks for posting. Yea,that was the original wiring. I removed it . That must have been legal back in the 90ies. 2nd time I've seen it in my house. Fixed that one too.
