Replacing the SC-Series Firing Chamber: The Paragon Kiln Maintenance Series

So I bought my SC3 not even 3 yrs ago , used it 3 times at1450* just for testing bullseye glass and now elements are burnt out, totally done. I’m pissed and will never buy another paragon kiln. I was told customer service was the worst but I bought it brand new because I wanted a ceramic fiber for testing glass only and now you are telling me heating elements can’t be replaced so I have to spend $500 every couple firings to replace a whole chamber?? I have 2 much bigger Olympic kiln that I’ve had for 2&3 yrs and never had an issue with either of them. I take very good care of my kilns . My olympics are only used at most 11 times within the year. This kiln was over $1200.00 after the window and bead door added. I’m beyond upset with this purchase and paragon should replace this kiln or return my money.

How long does it usually last? I have a paragon kiln and it seems to be broken, I did try to melt bronse and I heated it to 1000C. Is it possible to get a replacement firing chamber in the UK (Edinburgh)?
