Hi Guys, this episode I am out working up high again on a ladder😅 replacing a belt on one of the reefers Lhl820@yahoo.com Link to my other channel; • Tear down of my 2013 Y...
Always get Nervous when I hear, Larry, Reefer and Ladder. That was a Very Sad time for you and GOD knows your Back has seen plenty of Medical procedures. 🙏
We need to buy you a body harness to attach to the Top of the Reefer to keep you Safe. I know I wouldn’t get up there a 2nd time, I can promise you that. 👍🙏
Hi Larry now you know how I feel when I have to climb up and do roof repair, long way down baby🙃hey at 76 it only hurts for a little while.😁 Take care see ya next video, oh great idea you not playing Momie and cleaning up after everyone.
You are a fearless man Larry and I guess that is one of the reasons I like you. I do believe you need to be less fearless and more fearful which would make you extra careful. Be safe out there Larry! 🙏🏽
Glad to see you back working and doing a great job! I would suggest using a ladder stabilizer bar at the top of the ladder to keep it from moving side to side and to strap it to the top of whatever you are working on. I have done this while roofing and we always secure the top of the ladder from moving. Wishing you the very best Larry!
First thing on seeing a ladder in this video, and I was thinking , No, no Larry, don't climb that bl***y ladder ! You've been there, fell off , broke your back, don't let it happen again ! But hey, here we are, all of us on the ladder. Like somebody in the comments already said, let your boss arrange a scissor lift or safety harness. Better safe than sorry. We are just worried about you. That's all. Be careful out there mate ! 👍🙂
You should cut the roof of your service truck about 6 feet back hinge it and prop it up to work on the reefers stand on the floor in the back use a step ladder to reach the top. Need a gen and lights to see or now 12 volt led .....no wind or weather it's good in the winter as well. I worked at Thermo king and we had a service truck like that
15 years ago I'd climb up on top the tank and hop skip and jump around like a monkey. Now, unless there's an audience, I'm much happier crawling or scooting on my butt. I think when I hit 60 I lost all faith in my ability to bounce after not so graceful decents. 🥴
So true on the set of service stairs ,some kind of platform that is stable there has to be a better way than a ladder THERMO KING service centers don't service the reefer units like this, Dear Boss man Please get Larry a industry standard tool for the job at hand thank you very soon like Christmas OR new years we love you Larry peace!
