I find it interesting the skills of a lot of these operators, it is just that so many of the incidental operations like the truck unloading could be so more efficient . For example, if the trucks that are unloaded would drive around the edges of the job, it would be possible for the loaded trucks to dump right over the edge of the fill, thus increasing the overall efficiency of the project. Having used Laser graders before I think that many of these jobs could be done to perfection with such assistance.
You have to first pull out the trees or overgrown grass and cover them with soil. What happens if you just cover them with soil? In the future, whether you build a house or a building on the land, will there be a big accident because the foundation is not good? It's pathetic to know what kind of person the person in charge of that city is... haha haha
