What Grace Poe said to Trangia really hit me. Imagine what his parents did for him(bringing him out of the country and coming with him on the hearing). Protecting him but Atio's parents cant do that anymore. It is time to return the favor to what his parents are doing and come out clear. Im no judge and dnt know what really happened but this is painful for Atio's family.

I really like how this hearing went. I watched this thrice. The Senators also Gen. Coronel were all on point!!!! Very smart and very sharp. Sa mga involved sana makulong kayo lahat!!! Cant wait to see the results of this case.
Dapat ang tinatanong sa mga bugok na members ng Aegis Juris ay ganito. 1. Member ka ba ng Aegis Juris? (pag hindi sumagot contempt yun kasi being a member doesn't implicate you to the crime yet) 2. Anung position or role mo sa Aegis Juris bilang isang member? (again pag di sumagot contempt yun dahil yung role at yung specific na hazing na nangyari are separate instances) 3. Anu-ano ang mga activities ng Aegis Juris na may kinalaman sa recruitment at membership acceptance? (pag-di sumagot contempt yun dahil general yung term na activitie) 4. Sinu-sino ang mga nagpa-plano at nagpa facilitate ng activities ng Aegis Juris (in terms sa membership role or position)? (pag disumagot contempt kase general din yung term na activities dun)
Nakakabuwisit nga! Simpleng yes or no, itatanong pa sa abogado. Dapat ang mga abogado ang i.contempt kasi sila ang nagtuturo para magsinungaling ang mga clients nila.
Their lawyers do not lie, if there are, those were the fratmen. You have to understand that lawyers only protect the best interests of their clients. Fratmen are referring to their lawyers before answering because there are several factors to consider before giving the answer: e.g. Is there an affidavit already filed? Is it the proper time to answer it? Is there any bargain offered? etc. It may appear that lawyers are liars because of course they are the one representing their clients, but all the facts of course are from their clients, not from them.

Not until the medicolegal of Atio say na he died due to kidney failure, hindi mapapatunayan na he died of hazing. Hazing is fatal because it can cause rhabdomyolysis. Rhabdomyolysis is the breaking down of muscle proteins due to too much trauma. These proteins are harmful to the kidney and will cause kidney failure. Pero instead of this condition, ang tinuturing na cause of death ni Atio ay hypertrophic cardiomyopathy. If you have proper knowledge of pathology you would know that cardiomyopathy (heart enlargement) does not happen in an instant. Matagal ito. Meaning, it has developed loooong before the hazing. Also, this condition is very easy to miss in executive clinical check ups. So yung sinasabi ni Solano, sound naman. It is true.
Taong Grasa I only laid out the pathology of cardiomyopathy, na matagal nang sinabi sa medicolegal na cause of death. Ganito lang yan, kunware may mag tatay na nagkaron ng altercation, yung tatay inatake sa puso dahil sa stress na dinulot ng anak niya. Ngayon, maikukulong ba ang anak sa nangyare sa tatay niya? That's my analogy. He might have died due to the stress of the process pero technically it is not the hazing that killed him. And I will keep saying this, and please read it until you believe it: DAPAT MAY MAKULONG. Dahil bawal ang hazing, at kahit sabihing aksidente pa nangyare, sa aksidente ay may kailangan pa rin namang managot. Sinasabi ko lang na may lusot ang kaso. I am not defending Solano or his brods, as what you seem to be insinuating.

Solano shows his quilt by lying on the first place . and he knows it and everyone's know it.so Solano should be charged for his part of involvement of the crime . ..

I don’t know but there is something w/ DOJ that is so suspicious! Why are they offering WPP to Trianga?? And Kudos to Sen. Poe we should imposed a strict and firm decision when deliberating, all the resource who are attending or questioned should answer the questions except if the same will be filled against them then there is an option for self incrimination. The senators should release a subpoena as for the driver of the red strada asap. The senator should make sure that next hearing the rest will be contempt.
solaano should have called the authority for help instead of covering up for those people that did the crime .our in that case he is involved with the plot and he lied to the police . so he also should be charged for obstructive of the law no matter what he should not go free maybe a lesser charges should be filled against him and the rest should be charged for the murder . .Solano has no respect for the law what so ever . the fact is he lied to the authority's . .
