Questioning if my life is worth living tonight when this video popped up on my feed, and I immediately felt like I could breathe. Can’t even begin to express how grateful I am for your positivity, kindness, and light. Thank you so much ❤️

You are a very kind, caring and thoughtful person. As you know, I am in the beginning of recovering from being discarded by my partner of 11 years. Although you weren't commenting on my situation, it was nice to listen to your thoughts about being "challenged" and not being able to imagine how you will respond to a challenge until it actually happens. I am surprised by how profoundly this experience hurts and how afraid I am to go instantly from being a couple to being on my own. I am concerned about being able to pay the bills, but I am also not used to being with other people socially. This man had a way of isolating me. At this point, because of all the emotions I am feeling, I don't think I'm going to be able to see clearly for a while what it is I am supposed to learn from this. I have never encountered anyone as deceptive as this man. I certainly could not have imagined this relationship taking the direction that it has. I am waiting for him to be completely out of our apartment because it's difficult for me to focus on rebuilding my life when he is around. I am lucky that I have friends who love me for who I am, with all my faults and all my gifts, so that I do believe I will be not just OK as I move forward, but actually much happier than I was while with this person. My heart had been telling me for a long time that this person doesn't respect or value me, so his leaving is actually a blessing. It doesn't feel like it right now, but I think I will eventually be glad to be freed.

I was young and arrogant. I did not say the things I should have. I did not hold back my anger. I did not address my mental health. I was Indecisive. I was afraid of what other people thought. And because of It I have truly lost the love of my life after dating since we were 16. I am 24 now and we broke up 6 months ago… I feel as If I cannot breathe… I have learned my lesson and become enlightened to my mistakes… every single one of them… but In life we learn, unfortunately often when It’s too late… the person who ends up paying for the mistakes Is not the person who should. The person who should have to pay Is the person we were… I know I can find someone else. I can move on… I just don’t want to… I did this to myself and I accept my penance. It Is my fault and I deserve to reap what I have sown… I just would give anything… make any sacrifice to correct myself before… “How often we look back at the end of our lives and think… what a fool I have been.”

What grade do you teach. Do not struggle with your vocabulary in order to convey a message. You are teaching wisdom that the age population your trying to reach will one day look back and understand how true your words are. Your words to them are gold, but because they may be young they dont get it right now, but they will eventually
