This is a damaged ugly house. Sometimes it can be a foreclosure, but it does not have to be. The more that it's a fixer upper, the better. Because that's when you make the most ROI (return on investment), thru sweat equity. After you fixed it up, you can flip it, or do long term rental, or do short term rental like Airbnb.
