After Columbia Univ's president called the NY police to put an end to it, the professors called for the resignation of Columbia Uniiv's president for violating their 1st amendment rights. So watching Speaker Mike Johnson in Congress backing other representatives calling for the resignation of the univ president for letting it go on too long, Johnson was playing both sides.

We are past calling them "protesters".😏 Now, it's not strange for donors to support protests. In this case, it won't hurt or help this Administration. Additionally, those students involved in these vandalism, riots, illegal acts should be the ones to pay for the damages they caused. Add the cost to their tuition. They also shouldn't be allowed to get grants, scholarships and student loan forgiveness/ cancelation. Their behavior is unacceptable and despicable.
