I don't give a bleep on how much money he earns, or has. I am fond of this man because he has a spine. And a strong one. THAT is what makes him stand out. 🤝🏻😊❤️🇳🇱👍🏻
He can afford to do that and stand by himself without anyone backing him up. Average Joe doing shifts to feed the family and paying a mortgage had to take the jab in some countries because it was either that or his job. Had people unite and say "no" to this nonsense then also average Joe could have stood up like Djokovic. But people just sucks.
@@DaDoctorJ That's a fair and logical point. and i fully understand having seen friends and family succumb to the pressure. but too many of them went willingly, naively trusting the media and govt without question...even when all the indicators were showing that somethijng wasnt right (e.g. legal protections given to big pharma in case of harms caused). I put it down to what prof Mattias Desmet calls "mass formation" (i.e. mass hypnosis).
@@DaDoctorJ I did notice, though, that more than half here in NZ at least, didnt want to get the shott...and only did so when legal and financial pressure was put on them. So credit to that.
@@michaelofsydney6128 do you think god pulls for one human being over another in a game that they are playing on planet earth? is that what you believe? i am asking because you mentioned their religious denomination in a conversation about their tennis results.
@@DanielBoonelight I would not know, and I doubt it. I mentioned their Christianity BC the faith appears to be under attack. Margaret Court was abused BC she opted not to vote for same sex marriage. Novak re the jab
He is not only an excellent athlete, but very intelligent, well articulated. We all should be happy that we can witness such a sustained progress in sports. He is an inspiration for all, around the World! 🌎🕊🎾🏆
This is financial advice and I never give financial advice: DONT LEAVE DURING THE BEAR. If you don’t want to invest…learn. If you don’t want to learn…build. If you don’t want to build observe. DO SOMETHING…other than leave. There is so much opportunity here. Take advantage!
Djokovits is brilliant. He is super sharp and he is my hero. I am not interested in tennis but I like him as a person. Unlike most so called celebrities sponsored by the deep state main stream media Djokovic is a real hero. He is authentic, intelligent, outspoken and stands for real values. Greetings from Hungary!
My Sports Hero! Clear and principled, not giving in to pressure from outside, as seen how he handled the pressure to accept the genetic modification. Even managed to remind us of the NATO bombings against his country, when he grew up in his answer. Hats off to this guy!
I'm a Rafa fan, but his speech yesterday after loosing the Wimbledon final to Carlos was a class act. Well done Novak. What an example of what one has to do and say even at such a hard moment. 👋👋👋👍👍👍
He's such a great role model. No one is perfect but he has proven time and time again to be hard working, disciplined and someone with great morals and ethics. Hard to find these days
Why were so many people so mean to Novak? Is it because he didn't want the cl0t sh0t, where everyone else took it and regretted it? They were (the media, and r3ddit) bashing this guy, from all angles, over nonsense.
@@multitablez7825 the majority of people prefer to be lied to. They can't handle the truth. Same goes for Max Verstappen, he is straight forward and says what's on his mind and people don't like it.
Finally a comment which makes sense. Congrats he has not been perfect not even close to Federer and Nadal always being examples on and off the court but his effort and mindset is an example from Novak
Love this guy, such a great example of what human beings can do. And has the courage to stand up and be counted against globalist peer pressure. Legend.
Sure, he sweats blood as hard as he works. But would Jesus say his words? Jesus would probably say something smarter. Djokovic's answers are a bit arrogant.
@@scottwarren4998 Comparing any man to Jesus is a bit unfair don't you think? No man will ever reach His level. Djokovic, although not perfect, is still a great guy and one of the best role models for today's kids
Most brilliant tennis player on the planet and most wonderful human being. He earned everything through hard work and perseverance. Wish him and his family all the best😊
He was the most successful, not the most brilliant. Federer was brilliant, Sampras was brilliant. They weren't better, Novak is the best when you draw the line, but he was not the most brilliant.
All the (well earned) money cannot compensate the humiliation, the bad and unfair treatment, the thwarting, the mud that has thrown at him, only for standing for his principles.
yep..100% agreed..like when the current administration detained him and wouldn't allow him to play US Open 2x ,because he's unvaccinated, all the while allowing millions of unvaccinated future voters in from mexican border..Djoko your the best
THIS TALENTED ATHLETE HAS THE RESPECT OF THE WORLD . . . NOT JUST BECAUSE OF HIS TENNIS GAME . . . . BUT BECAUSE OF HIS TENACITY & INTEGRITY AT REFUSING TO VIOLATE HIS BODY WITH . . . 🤐 He's a hero.!
He certainly works harder than most soccer players who are paid millions for sitting on the bench. Tennis is a game you need to win to earn a wage unlike soccer. He earns every dollar he makes thru his victories and also gives much back to his country and charity. He's also a good family man with family values, a good role model who stands up for his rights. .
"The top tennis players in the world are offered appearance fees (in addition to income from prize money and endorsement deals) by tournament organizers, if the latter believe these players will draw a larger fanbase and increase the tournament's overall profits."
@@MadmanGoneMad2012 Of course. That has been well-known for decades. Agassi was notorious for demanding and receiving large appearance fees, then losing the first round and flying home.
@@vinodchauhan8304 Used to be a Fed fan.. Cried in 09 when he lost to Nadal in that epic 5-setter.. Djokovic's style is unattractive but he is the more effective player.. Federer was very careless and his continually losing to Nadal on clay dented his legacy.. That careless loss to Del Potro at the US Open really cost him - I also cried when this happened. Federer used to be the GOAT, not anymore.
I’m a big believer that one must go through adversity to gain wisdom. DJ is a perfect example of that. Humble, polite, tenacious, respectful, compassionate. A true champion.
Also the heard work that he has put into training from the beginning to get to the level he has attained and I might say with the GREATEST DIGNITY as with his thumbs up to some nations governments re the JAB.
@@blackprince4074 yes definately about the Jab, but I was referring to his younger life in war torn Serbia. I didn’t really convey that well but I do have mad respect for him.
Huge respect for this guy. Despite huge pressure he stood by all the principles that we all like to think we stand by. Hopefully more will follow his example if something similar happens again.
Wonderful response to an intrusive question. Novak has worked hard to be where he is and has deserved the financial rewards that go with the success he's had. And he seems really level-headed about money and knows the value of pound. Very sensible guy is Novak ☺️👌
Wow a lot of comments from ND’s fans. He deserves everything and more. You don’t become the GOAT and the most conditioned athlete in the world without working very, very hard. Also, note that he has had very few injuries and has unearthly mental strength. Tremendous respect for him.
Oh Novak, you made my day. For those who do not remember what was taking place when this man was coming up, let them do their research before coming to that platform. As if he do not deserve the money he's earning. Shot out to you champ. Africa shares your struggle.
they act like it was a movie, and no biggie... they refuse to know/research and they laugh at us, but we will NEWER forget. he might be ours but but as per his DNA he fights with every single breath for us all...
The Greatest Sport Hero. Not just for the staggering, unparalleled accomplishments of his competitive drive. But for the enormous sacrifices he has accepted and he has willingly made - not just financially, though hugely significant - to honor his political principles and moral convictions. ND is for The Ages.
Here in Canada, every time CBC runs a story about him, it’s always open for comments, and you can tell with their agenda they want posters to criticize and berate him for being “such a terrible person.” The moderators are quick to delete comments that counter theirs, and I’ll bet majority of people don’t even follow him or know anything about him. Best player of all time, absolutely devoted and proud of his family, chose not to get vaccinated, does wonderful work for people and communities, and seems like a genuinely good guy. What’s not to love about this guy!.?
That has been going on at lest for hundred of years...they hate us coz of the Pope from 3-4 century and some other geo-politic situations in that time, as well as we were orthodox and we let other of our people to freely chose if they want to go for Christianity or stay with old faiths... Coz of that we were attacked from all sides, even parts of our own people :( Scheming and bribery are things they still do today, all over the world under various pretexts and guises! From the Greeks, the Romans, the Dacians...then they organized and paid the Turks to attack us and keep us occupied, to destroy all culture and history...later as Nazis and today as NATO Nazis and the like :( Not to be too long, they are bothered by everything that thinks for itself and does not want to submit to those worse than itself!
What's it got to do with the journo. It's what he's earned and the profession he's chosen . Seriously what a lfe. Living in hotels and never being home. They have to train hard and it's not an easy lifestyle. So good on him. He's earned every dollar. A true champion and made a lot of people happy during his career. Fond memories. Thanks Novak.
I'm a big Roger fan.......😊 Novak has always been the anti-Roger to me but I see more and more that beyond tennis even, he is a man of principle to be greatly admired!
I'm not a tennis fan so I've only been moderately aware of Djokovic's accomplishments but after learning about how he's handled the vaccine issue and hearing him speak, he's obviously a true man of principle and a hero really. He's the kind of man we can all look up to.
I wanted to swim naked at my public pool. They told me that was against the rules for sanitary reasons. But instead of putting on my shorts like some sort of sheep, I refused to swim and just went and sat at home for a year. I, too, am a man of principle, and a hero really. The kind of man we can all look up to.
@@simonr-vp4ifnice analogy except, the shorts you refused to wear wouldn’t be your shorts. They would be a complete strangers shorts and you wouldn’t know the history of where they had been and what history they had but they did however smell a bit fishy and concerning. Your analogy is a little flawed really. Even insinuating a comparison that someone who doesn’t want to accept a vaccine is a sex pest is very, odd behaviour.
what is rarely mentioned or publicized is that novak is the only top player who campaigns for more share of the money to be shifted DOWN the rankings, so players who lose in earlier rounds earn more, and the winners less. he is a class dude, and as much respect as he receives, he deserves even more. one small example of the generous things he does was a couple of seasons ago when musetti told him he couldn't come to wimbledon because of the travel costs. novak offered him the use of his plane.
True. Not only that, but Novak also founded his own tennis organization to help support those less fortunate players - something that neither Rafa or Federer (media boys) dare NOT even suggest, let alone do it.
Sure, he sweats blood as hard as he works. But would Jesus say his words? Jesus would probably say something smarter. Djokovic's answers are a bit arrogant.
When Djokovic's career ends, we will proudly look back how he conquered not just Nadal and Federer on the court and hostile crowds but governments who have denied him from playing tennis. Novak Djokovic will be back and he will prevail.
If I'm not mistaken (or if this is still a thing), I think he officially resides in Monte Carlo and I BELIEVE there are no taxes in MC. I might be wrong though.
If he makes money in UK or USA… he has to pay taxes as I foreigner…. please correct me if I wrong? Whatever he makes in Monte Carlo, no taxes apply. Not sure if he has own company, it might be different story
This man is just simply amazing! Just listen to his amazing answer!!! And the arrogant tone of his voice. Why doesn’t he present that question to Federer?! As for Novak- he doesn’t forget where he came from. How he got where he is now. And all the morals and principles that he still holds on to and strives to show to young people!! Thank you Novak! We Love you!!! ❤️❤️
He does a lot more off the Tennis court than people realise .I remember when he donated through his Novak Djokovic foundation 1 million dollars to help buy ventilators and other medical equipment in his native Serbia . He has a good heart
Good for him,he has worked extremely hard for his success and there is no doubt he is a phenomenal tennis player and I admire the guy. His success was not handed to him on a plate and he has a close family and team. Well done Novak and greetings from Ireland and happy to put a pint on the bar when he visits here!!
La fortaleza mental de Djokovic es inigualable. Incontables veces en desventaja, a un punto de perder y logra dar vuelta todo. Es lo que mas admiro de él, aparte de su técnica
He is simply the greatest tennis player ever to walk the earth. Irrespective of his loss to Alcaraz. He has come through war growing up, being considered the 'number 3' for years and years... yet he was actually winning. Has a wonderful sense of humour and intelligence yet people give him a hard time (because Roger was the charmer and Nadal was the fighter)... But if we put images aside, his tennis says it all. Just the GREATEST PLAYER EVER!
People that think it's unfair that Djokovic was given so much talent need to remember that players outside the top 200 barely get by with all the expenses and travel. Every dollar that he has earned is from the work and effort to elevate himself to the level of the very top players in the world. It may be talent that puts him at the very top but the amount of work he has to put in to make that talent matter is tremendous.
It's not his tennis talent that puts him apart from others, but his unequalled mental strength and concentration abilities! That's why he wins most important points in crucial match situations and that's what matters most in tennis.
Novak isn’t more talented than Roger and Rafa. They’re both more talented and Roger is by far the most talented, skilled, and beautiful player ever. Novak is tougher than them.
@@pulltheotherone5035 see this is just cliched nonsense. both are extremely important. you can't be the best without the talent but some lower tiered guy who works as hard as he does is never going to be in the same league as a player.
