Lunch at Haveli in Punjab. Reporting in LPU. So the new semester is going to start from August. Hostel allotments has been done, so I’m shifting to my assigned hostel. Let me take you around my day. In this video we’ll have some interaction with LPU hostel wardens, tuck shop.

I was having the same anxiety but trust me when I met my roommates and when I made new friends. Everything was fine from there. My suggestion to you would be that firstly start enjoying your own company and then only you’ll feel comfortable. How frequently do they come and clean our hostel room? Also, when opted for laundry facility I heard they wash and iron our clothes and give back. But, what if we want few clothes just to be ironed and not washed? Can we just ask them to just iron it and give? I know my doubts are kinda silly, but wanted to know these few small things so that I don't face any issue when I come to lpu in a week. 😅

Rooms get cleaned every alternative day or daily. But there will be no gap more than 2 days. And also you can ask the staff to clean your room if they don’t come. Talking about your laundry doubt. I haven’t tried this thing but I don’t think so that they will only iron. You can buy iron for yourself and you can do it in your room. But make sure than you don’t overuse or finish given electricity units otherwise you’ll have to pay for electricity units. Books and library fee is included in tuition fee or separate fee for cse

There is no fee as such. You can issue books on your name from library for some period of time then you'll have to return it back and again you can re-issue it. I think that there will be dates for induction prior to your starting of classes. All the details about the dates you’ll get from LPU via sms or email. Though I’m not much aware about phd’s. No no there is nothing like that… you would have got your reporting date. So now if you want to come before the given date, you can do that and if you are not able to report on the given date and you are reporting after the given date so in that case also there will be no problem and there is nothing like your admission will get cancelled. In summers you'll get purified chilled water for drinking. And in winter normal water. On each floor, there is a refrigerator. I'll try to add the clip in my next video.

From this year lpu has started the online admission procedure also. So whatever docs you have submitted there just bring the hard copy of those when you are visiting the clg for admission. I will gather accurate information from the admission block.

You also need to report offline at the campus as i am 4th yr.. student we already have reported and for that you have to visit unihospital before that you have to collect 2 forms one is parent consent and there is another one also you get these from ums itself and then you have to fill them and then go to unihospital there further process theyll tell

Yes, you are allowed. You can book the ola or auto directly from the station to your assigned hostel. It will be easy for you if you are carrying any luggage. Didi mein is college se BCA pursue krneko soch raha hu to didi ye next year yani mera abhi 12th chal rha hai to 2023 k admission kab hoga or generally admission form kab nikalte hai iske bareme kuch batao na, or exam mode knsi hai yani online ya offline. I also completed my bca from same college so don't worry it is one of the best option to pursue this degree . I think 2023 admission will start from March onwards, previously exam mode used to be online because of covid crisis , may be they conduct in offline if there is no covid crisis in India and when it comes to choosing subject. You can choose subject according to your knowledge. If u think u r good in maths go with maths . If u think u r good in english go with english . What is the difference between standard mess and basic mess?

Basic mess me apko 3 time ki meal milti h. Breakfast, lunch and dinner. Standard mess me apko 4 time ki meal milti h. Breakfast, lunch, in evening snacks, and dinner. Aur bhi difference hote h jaise choices me, basic me dinner me sweet nhi milti, lunch me dahi k item nhi milte aur breakfast me sirf paratha hota h. And there are many more differences. I’ll talk with the mess staff and if there would be any new changes or updates then I’ll let you know in my next video.

If you are taking room at level 1 or level 2. Then you are not gonna feel too hot. Cooler will be sufficient for you. Other than that it depends from preference to preference. 😇

Yes you’ll have to buy matrix. And matrix is available in the tuck shops. Each hostel has its tuck shop where you can get everything like matrix, bucket, pillow and what not. Aapko matrix shop se mil jaega, aapko kharidna pdta jaise ki matrix, bucket, pillow, mug and lock for your door and almirah. I’ve noted down this question as many of you are having the same question. Yes you’ll have to buy matrix. And matrix is available in the tuck shops. Each hostel has its tuck shop where you can get everything like matrix, bucket, pillow and what not. Aapko matrix shop se mil jaega, aapko kharidna pdta jaise ki matrix, bucket, pillow, mug and lock for your door and almirah. I’ve noted down this question as many of you are having same question. Lpu do provide great placement opportunities for BTech. I’ve friends from BTech branch and they do get new opportunities and company every other day. For detail I’ll have to ask to them. Saif, listen about the cost and scholarship you can contact lpu and they’ll share all the details in depth. Talking about the placements. So for BTech CSE students, LPU provides a good placement service for sure. Many of my friends have gotten placed but there are also my friends who haven’t got placed yet. So college do provide the opportunity but you’ll have to grab it from your side. I can understand your dilemma. All you should do is focus,study hard and definitely you gonna get placed. Hostel ki fees pure year k sath ek bar deni pdti h. To agr aap kuch mahine nhi reh rhe ho room me to jaha tk apke paise refund nhi honge. Notice aaya tha usme details me bataya gaya tha ki aap kuch day yaa months baad hostel leave kar dete hai to aapko kuch paise kaat kar refund ho jaayenge. Lekin wahi aap october ke baad leave karte hai to kuch refund nahi hogaa. Ye sirf last september tak valid hai.

My roommate’s friend is pursuing BA from LPU. I’ve asked her and according to her the placement services for BA is good but it depends from capability of student to student. She said that they do provide some good practice sessions. I’m not from this branch so I can’t say more than this. I’m just sharing her experience so that you can get some idea. Talking about outings, you can get leaves and for leave you’ll have to register from ur UMS. You can ask your warden for the guidance. Thanks for watching 😇

Yes CSE students do get the placements. Clg tries its best so that all the students can get placed. If you ask me about worthiness then I don’t know what to say, because for some people this money will be a huge amount and there expectations will be huge but for other person this amount would be not that big and from that person point of view, clg can be worth. Both of them are good. Gh6 and gh5 both are connected and both of them share the same entry point. Gh5 is opened and gh6 is kind of congested. Both the hostel share same mess, same gardens, and same canteens. Many of you have asked this question. It’s a tricky question and can’t be explained in a comment.
