Maybe you guys should try making the nfl it’s hard to win a superbowl it takes a lot of hard work but you guys don’t know nothing about that

If everyone got paid the same amount then nobody would try. A higher salary is a motivator for these players and in return the team actively tries to get better in order to gain a higher salary. Think about a 9-5. Everyone gets paid the same so everyone gives the bare minimum. Performance should be rewarded.

@@romanwambugu6487 not saying everybody should get the same salary. The best players should get more, like it always has been. But in the last few years, the salary has gotten extremely top heavy. There are players who account for about a quarter of the team’s total salary cap. Football is the ultimate team sport, spreading out salary will benefit the team and players.
