In 1964 my shipmates and I patrolled what is now the Federated States of Micronesia. Actually, my ship had been doing so for years but in early 1965 we were redeployed to Vietnam.

This was then taken to Puerto Rico where it became a hybrid call "Reguetón". This is the version you hear all around.
