What a video .... super amazing and content and the way of expressing is top notch. my takeaway- 1. our values and beliefs are made on the choices and actions we take. 2. The programming of our mind was done till now by our Family/ Friends/ Teachers/ Media. 3. Always ask questions and find answers. 4. It is the belief system that varies from human to human. 5. Don't trust anything blindly. 6. World is colourful. you have to choose how you want to see it. 7. Hame duniya ko theek nai karna hai, hame apne aap ko theek karna hai apne dimag ko theek karna hai aur kamam karna hai.

Apki batein mujhe boht achhi lagi. Main clinically depressed hoon or dawai bhi nhi le pa rhi.. kyunki vo sab addictive hote hai.. maine apne teenage mein kaafi glt decision liye ..jiska bhuktan mujhe ab bharna pdh rha hai twenties mai.. main boht pareshan hoon bhai.. kya ap meri thodi si help kar skte ho?
