1 If you know it'll happen it'll happen 2 Imagination is more powerful in your brain than knowing the facts 3 emotion > logic 4 your mind obeys to your thoughts 5 your mind will always chose pleasure > pain 6 mind listens2 ur mental ideas, pics, words 7 mind wants familiar, avoids unfamiliar 8 whatever you think about is what you get 9 choose ur thoughts, then they'll mold u X actions always follow thoughts 11 body follows mind, mind follows thoughts, thoughts are blueprints for your reality 12 whatever you feed ur brain, it'll follow that pattern 13 mind doesn't listen to what is true it listens to what you tell it 14 thoughts=physical & emotional reaction/response in your life 15 mind learns by repetition 16 brain can't keep opposite thoughts/beliefs it'll cancel them out or choose one or the other 17 child's mind only works in present time 18 child's mind only listens to word pictures, more drastic picture=better response 19 child's mind doesn't see neutral words (don't, can't, no, not, maybe, tomorrow, don't touch, don't do drugs) 20 child needs specific words/directions. Later doesn't work 21 children need positive words. Eliminate negative, PRAISE EFFORT not achievement 22 child needs detailed stories they can imagine sights sounds smells touch taste 23 u are, u can, u always, don't say u could 24 child believes that they see even if they know it's fake. No violence, sex, whatever can spoil them around them 25 label's=limits 26 child can't understand from present to future, so present sadness becomes permanent adapted to helplessness/hopelessness 27 tell suffering child (this problem will go away, have them imagine their happy future life) 28 child's mind will do what the child thinks, so help child understand goals, future & specifics 29 child see painful beliefs with painful experience. Disassociated the bad experience

I’ve been a professional hypnotherapist for over 15 years & I always get so much out of Marisa’s talks. I love how “matter of fact” her speaking style is. She makes you feel despite how ever many people she is talking to in the audience like it’s just you & her chatting in the living room drinking a hot tea. She is incredibly humble? wise beyond belief, confident & I can’t forget to say beautiful & sexy! She has sent me on the personal journey of finally believing “I’m enough!” Thank you Marisa for being one of my few female hero’s/inspirations. I aspire to have the fortitude to not give up on my dreams & to never stop knowing “I’m enough” just simply being athletically me.

I took an anthropology class in uni. The prof told about his research on a South Seas island. A native kid was learning to climb a tall palm and harvest coconuts. He was already 40ft up and paused. His parents, watching from the ground, yelled encouragement. "Higher! Higher!" So up he went. Bit of a revelation to the anthropologist.

It's not easy but so so worth the effort and journey. I think there is no more important work one can do in life than to controls ones own mind. Imagine really imagine if each of us can master all that she is talking about here. Life would be so much more fulfilling. I have been interested in this kind of self mastery for a long time yet i must admit i haven't put forth a strong effort to reach the goals id love to achieve. Start a business and fail... and so I started journaling and meditating and old memories came to my mind... I remember at school as I did not made my homework one teacher in particular use to tell me! Why aren't you like your sister she is the best in her class or aren't you ashamed of ur self your father is a doctor. And as I came home with bad greads I remember my dad telling my mom why dose her sister dosent help her with the home work... and my Mom oooh until today as I open the oven she would say don't burn your self!!! 🤕 25min: I have been telling my self for a long time I want to die I just want to die.. and now it's ben a week I have such a back pain I can't move and when I walk I look like I am 80- and I am 30... I started saying to my self I am healthy.... and every time I felt back pain I told my self I love it! It's like stretching I love stretching is sooo relaxing I could do this all day... well dear Mv dear Merissa my back pain is gone 🤗

I used to dismiss this kind of thing for decades.... and then came the response to covid that decimated my life. I kept pinning my hopes on health and government officials responding in a sensible way, for EVERYBODY!! My happiness depended on it. Needless to say I have been frightened, fearful and depressed at losing my job, home, health care and deeply stressed about providing for my children. Then I started listening to Marissa because I thought, what have I got to lose? I can’t control the madness of the humanity, but my allowing myself to freak out is not helping me anymore or my children. I am not into toxic happiness, but Marissa manages to avoid that clap trap. She is realistic and acknowledges the dreadful circumstances of others. I appreciate that. I am working diligently to change my language and thoughts. Things are still out of control ( another disastrous lockdown looming ahead), but I am feeling calmer and more rational to face upcoming challenges. Thank you.

I am so sad for you! God bless you! Please don't ever expest good things from our current government! That is a sure fired way, straight into disappointment. They are all Liars! Think about this for a minute: Assuming that we can agree that "Pro" is the opposite of "Con," doesn't it stand to reason then that "Congress" is the opposite of "Progress?" keep that in mind before you put all of your eggs in their basket. Just a survival tip...

Thank you so much for this video! This amazing lady once did send me free a MP3 which literally changed my life. I was so depressed by that time and only listening to it for a few days, made me get up - I am still listening to it, I have also done courses with her which I could recommend to everybody - one of my best investments ever made!

A male friend of mine was going to come and stay with us for a couple of days. As it happened this friend and my wife did not get along very well. So I was thinking about how awkward and uncomfortable his visit was going to be. Then I caught myself. Wait a minute! While I am imagining futures, why not imagine good futures. So I imagined my friend and my wife getting along better than ever before. I even imagined them having a very nice conversation one evening. Then it all played out in the positive way. And while they were having their good conversation I was thinking to myself, wow. Whole thing definitely made me think.

This is so true. Watch what you say to yourself and others! For example we start our day with "good MOURning" we watch "tell a vision" we are casting spells on our mind without even realizing it all the time.

I started watching this video as preparation for what I thought was just another sales job interview and I ended up uncovering and healing old wounds and forgiving myself in the process. I have had the healthiest cry and gave myself the most genuine hug in my entire life. This is a sign. I don't need to get out of sales to be happy. I am already happy because I am more than enough. I will get this job and it will give me the feeling of purpose I have been craving and I will help others experience this! Thank you!!

Hi Marisa, I want to thank you, I went to an interview yesterday and smashed it, because of you. Usually I would have gone to pieces and be throwing up before I went or not gone at all because my nerves were so bad. All day, I said this is going to be great, can’t wait to meet these people etc. In the car on the way to the interview I was singing and feeling excited, I can’t believe how great I felt. Thank you so, so much it’s amazing ! Next task, losing weight ☺️

“ Mind over matter “ I’ve been brought up with this sentence. My father always said : girl remember that “mind over matter” the power is within you. Of course when you’re young you don’t really listen. Even though my dad explain it several time what it meant, I didn’t really pay intention. Until I was in a dangerous situation, to calm myself I kept on repeating that sentence... and it did calm me down enough to take back the total control of the situation. After that, I’ve started to research and learn as much as I could about my mind. Of course after a short period I had to admit that my father was right all along ! If we really listen within ourselves we are capable of so much. Thank you for reminding me to: regain “the” control of my mind (life )and search the power within me.

"Awesome"... This all makes perfect sense. I have been on a journey recently of fixing myself (my mind), I was seeing such remarkable results then all of a sudden I let go again & started uttering "fluff", as Marisa put it & booom... Disaster! Grateful that this has helped me re-align my mind again :)

I can attest to the power of your words. Years ago when I finally realized that what we speak brings about reality, I remember telling a friend to watch what she says. She asked for strength and two months later was diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis which meant she really needed strength to do the most basic things. This is why I never ever say things like I’m broke. Or I can’t.

Phenix Hall I say this to people as well. One of my friends kept saying she wanted to get I’ll so she didn’t have to go to work. She then got ill with a mysterious illness and has since had half a dozen operations and has been in agony for more than a year... 😢

I will never forget Marisa for what she did to me. She took me to when i was 5 yrs old and removed all my bad programming, Only Marisa did it! and now I'm free of my past. When my mom told me: "You spilled cooking oil , that's bad luck!! Go clean it" It was bogus! a false belief she had. Now I purposely I spill oil on the street and NOTHING bad happens. Marisa is my Guru forever!
