How utterly beautiful. My mind has focussed itself on obtaining a Mini Brute S2. Thus my musical dreams will become reality! The visuals for the video were well done. Kudos and long live electronica!
Got my 2s this week, still in the experimental phase, but I can already tell that this thing is deep. I’ve made a pattern where there’s a bass drum, noise snare and hihat rhythm, bass line and random sine lead from filter self oscillation at the same time. The sequencer is so incredibly powerful!

I love seeing this. New to this world of music and instruments. When I practice with my 2s, its like I’m fully aware I’m holding onto something powerful, with no idea how to use it. It’s good to know as i get better, all of this is a possibility.

Salut, super comme jam,ça donne envie. J'aij uste une question ; il y possibilité de joué une note en continue sans devoir appuyer en continue? Comme un bouton hold? Car je fais de la noise music/drone et pour des nappes longues et langoureuse c'est primordiale. merci!

Bonjour Nico, merci de ton commentaire. La machine est pleine de possibilités avec le patchbay, on peut recâbler les modules comme on veut. Le séquenceur interne possède 3 pistes, on peut rediriger les 2 pistes "Velo" et "Press" vers autre chose que la vélocité et la pression, ici, j'ai utilisé la piste "Velo" en mode pitch pour l'envoyer dans l'oscillateur 2, ce qui transforme le Minibrute en sorte de synthé bi-timbral. Je te conseille de télécharger la doc, elle est disponible en français sur le site d'Arturia ;o)
Ah, c'est marrant on me dit la même chose pour la Belgique et l'Angleterre, le nom est assez répandu en fait, dans mon cas je suis un Picard exilé dans le Nord !
@@LaurentColson I guess I'm wondering how your using it to inject short bursts of notes. At least that's what it looks and sound like. But I think I already figured it out. Do you have pattern loading set so that it loads the new pattern instantly instead of waiting for the end of the current pattern?
@@AmbientMusicStudioYou have choice for pattern load, instantaneous (shift + load) or delayed at the end of the length. You can program auto chaining too. The pattern can contains 3 tracks which can be routed with the patch bay, it is very powerful, here I'm using 2 pitch tracks, one for OSC 1 and the other for OSC 2.
