That's where I got my snake.

That poor pixie frog in the small tank with no substrate, or anything, I feel bad for him, poor guy has to live in there for who knows how long, also those bearded dragons looked extremely stressed out, with the beard colors.

The tanks for the bearded dragons and the turtles are way to small quality is better than qonterty

honestly, those are some crappy enclosures. I really hope some are temporary. Take the pixie frog, all he had was water, nothing to dig. Ball pythons without hides, the one animal that really needs one. Also the monitors enclosure is way to small for one, and it even has 2 in it. But, those were some nice leopard gecko terrariums, gotta give probs to that. But i just want to know if im the only one who noticed all this?

I no longer recommend this store or chain of 3 reptile island stores. I've spent a ton of money in this store and recently had a terrible customer service experience where I felt basically scammed. They don't offer any type of animal pet health policy guarantee on their animals and their return policy is terrible. When you walk in the store customers see a large sign telling you that there are absolutely NO REFUNDS and store credit only. So if you pay cash or use your credit card and want your cash back or card credited your payment is basically held hostage and you forced to take store credit or lose your money. Not a good way to treat valued customers. Plus, they should also put a sign next to the No REFUNDS sign alerting customers that if you purchase an animal there, it is at your own risk because they don't offer any pet health return policy. They are very shady by not letting you know that if you buy an animal there and it dies soon after purchase, they aren't going to give your money back and you are bascial out of luck. Imagine buying a $400 chameleon having it die soon after you bring it home and having them tell you they don't have a health guarantee on chameleons! Be warned is all I can say. I will never give them my business ever again
