I hope Trump does go to the Bronx, and other minority communities to talk with them. The Republicans, for too long, haven't reached out to them, near as much as they should. Trump made some good inroads with minorities during his Presidency, and he will do more starting in 2025.

President Trump knows what the African community wants: to be left alone! Not to be put into a nebulous minority statistics file. And when Trump speaks, he speaks to them not at them, as if they're from another planet, but as fellow Americans.
Who makes up the "African community" in America? The descendants of slaves have no cultural connection to Africa. Which makes us the most 'American' because we don't know anything else other than what was learned during slavery. Food, songs, and stories, all have a direct link to being slaves. After the war ended in 1865, most newly freed slaves just ended up using the last name of the slave owners because they hadn't been allowed to know anything else.

As a black man from new orleans what I see and hear from the black community is this and it's a divided one, the black people here that are well educated and have money support Trump and are mostly republican, the black people here that aren't as educated and not doing well with money and lean on the government to help them are democrats. That said I do see and hear a shift , a slow shift tho from the black democrats that are leaning to Trump cus the past 3 years have been tough on them. We don't have illegal immigrants as much as blue states but the poverty is big. People are slowly waking up to the truth and they are talking that Trump is the way this November. But we will see.
