Last night I had to put my dog to sleep... She was 13 and I have not cried and felt so empty like this in a long time 😞 My head and eyes have been so sore from all the crying. This video and the tingles has helped calm me and helped with the headache and heart ache. I will be able to feel relaxed tonight thanks to you Maria. Thank you both so much! I got her cremated and actually received the rainbow bridge poem. It was the most beautiful, most sweetest thing I have read. It definitely helped me through her passing. These asmr videos have always been my "go to" when I've been feeling down. Maria has helped me the most. She is definitely something special.

I love the layer/delay effect you did in some places, like at the beginning of the train segment. It really imitates how your vision starts to go a bit blurry right as you start to fall asleep with your eyes still open (as when reading a book). Very soothing and sleepy effect!

The crinkly blanket over the microphone with the train wheels with the sound of the blanket being removed, like a gliding smoothing swishing was really nice sound, so placing it on and off the Mike a few times more would be extra relaxing. billy backward i never had the effects of asmr, i just experience it as smth relaxing and soothing with no tingles. Some ppl just naturally dont experience them, but also yeah after watching a lot the tingles decrease for everyone so they tend to take a break from 1 week to a month then come back.

I can’t believe I/we get this for free. So many hours spent planning, preparing to film, filming, waiting for the perfect time (silence), editing, perfecting... and the amount of creativity that goes into the EXTRA things (ie. not just the actual ASMR/sounds) - the backgrounds, makeup, props, outfits, lighting.. so cool. Like in the crystal shop video, when Maria and Darryl made the light pedestal to show off the crystals - and that’s just one example that I could think of quickly. Also, on just a more human, soft level, the fact that we all find a friend in Maria, someone to wash away our stresses and worries, someone who makes us feel safe. Some of the people who benefit most from ASMR could definitely not afford it if you had to pay, and yet I know these videos are costly in both money, time, effort and energy to make - but Maria never holds anything back, there’s nothing you have to pay for. Your new background with the subtle color changes is marvelous! I find that the sounds you are exploring provide a soothing background, but by far I am most tuned into your voice. The "soft spoken" videos seems to offer me the most sensations, so I tend to look for those. Your cooking videos are always a special treat. You are such a creative and inspired person. Besides all the visual/audio content you provide, your inquisitive and positive personality is a real component to the value of your channel! I really liked the crinckly blanket and the comb in plastic, and of course your voice!

ASMR helps my anxiety a lot, and cbd oil helps also. Another thing that helps is putting the tip of my tongue to the roof of my mouth and breathing slowly in through my nose & out through my mouth. Next time you feel anxious give it a try.

The pink comb!!!!! This is the classic asmr that mesmerizes me into blocking out all other sounds, gives me crazy tingles and relaxes me. Sometimes I wonder how you don’t put yourself into a trance. Lol! I love crinkles and tapping. You’re the best!

So many amazing sounds. In this video I think the honey jar was my favorite. One of my favorites from other videos was the sound the book made in the interior design role play video. The word “slats” coupled with finger rolling up and down the material- as well as the sound the actual book made when shifted. The hand movements with the pen tapping as you reviewed the steps of selection was magical and made my whole body tingle!
