Am I the only one that imagines myself being able to play pieces like this at a party and impressing absolutely everyone? Like how badass would that be, sitting down at a piano in front of friends and family and just play. Especially if they had no idea you knew how too.
Everyone does. I have been learning to play for that reason with a great teacher. Honestly it’s totally worth it. For yourself that is, everyone else will tell you shut up when you are about to play.
This song always gives me a goosebumps.. It's perfectly sad and heartbreaking but at the same time amazingly beautiful. I like piano version too. Good job! 💕
I like this song, It's a story within itself, Beginning is very dark, like preparation for a disaster, there's all signs of it and you just waiting for it to hit you, and then it hits you, all the chaos and mess, all the confusion, all the struggle, then at the end, after all of it passes a glimpse of hope.

I watched the movie requiem for a dream maybe a month ago. And I’m pretty sure I heard this piece there. I didn’t give it much of my attention even tho I liked that music. I was watching portrait of a lady on fire rn and that music of storm, when she played it I got reminded of this piece. I was trying to rmbr from where I heard it and realized it was from that movie. I love this so much, especially to the middle when the notes get stronger.
