A simple method to require visitors to submit an email before downloading a free file on your Wordpress site.

In order to implement this method you do need your own hosted Wordpress site that allows plugin installation. Most any web hosting service will work, but new users will may benefit from hosting that provides automated 1-click Wordpress installation (such as Bluehost).
