Required Microsoft driver is not installed - ArcGIS Pro 

In ArcGIS Pro, you may get an error message saying " Required Microsoft driver is not installed" when accessing an Excel spreadsheet in the Catalog pane. In this video, I walk the steps to understand the issue, download the correct driver file, and install the Microsoft Access driver.
