My brother just recently passed away and he left behind his 3 children (age 19, 18, 14, and 12) and his wife. They live in Vietnam. Now hospital aproul our transplant and hospital send a invitation letter to work on visa. Now my reciepent he's my sponsor ( who recieved a kidney ). Now he work ready send all documents and I-134 affidavit of support. This is the right form? Or which form is correct this sponsorship? Please reply me this is most important

I'm a United States citizen born and raised in Texas I have found a nice woman who is now my girlfriend she is Mexican citizen I want to bring her here to America help her get her citizenship but I have problems I am eventually inherent impaired had brain cancer and first grade long story short I am on social security and we read up or she read up that I have to prove that I have a business of my own self-employed or and working for somebody basically I have to prove that I can support her that is what she read up and told me I think it is for marrying a foreigner I want to know if there is any possible way that I can help her get over here if I can be like all right I have or am on social security I make or receive I don't make money cuz like I said social security comes from government assistance but I get enough to support her which I get around $800 a month I think that is enough for apartment in my town 6 to 800 for an apartment
