in a full team with Bellicose_Nivans playing Valerie, Chefrobmedina playing Sam, and BiNdi_AlaMaK playing Jill. This was against SWAT911007 (AKA MasterDracer), who was playing Spencer, where he seemed to be running a supply zombie build of sorts. After exchanging guns in the beginning, we decided to stick together for area 1, until near the end, where I lagged behind and noticed that SWAT had put a supply zombie back on the short side, where we had already looked. So I decided to act as a distraction and act like I was going to get the supply zombie, purely to take SWAT's focus off the team as they got the rest of the area done-- and my plan was a success. Although I was unsuccessful in getting the supply zombie, and I didn't push to get it either, my presence was enough to let the team make it through area 1 safely, and I reconvened with them for area 2.
Area 2 started out slowly, as we didn't know at first where Yorick was, though Bindi eventually found him and took him out. We got the first terminal done no problem, but the second terminal in the room took a while to breach due to all the special cards SWAT had been getting from the supply zombies. Rob got teleported away and Bellicose got downed by an ivy, but we were able to pick her back up and breach the door eventually, and I even managed to get a small handful of active cameras from patience and timing. The third terminal luckily wasn't much of a problem, but at the final exit, Bindi hit a teleport trap, and SWAT downed Bellicose and Rob with a D-field. Luckily, not only was I able to get both active cameras, but I was then able to make my way up and save them both with my FAS. From there, we didn't have to wait too long for Bindi to join us, where we made it to area 3.
In area 3, knowing how many ivies there would be, I bought 3 molotovs and gave 2 of them to Bellicose. We got the first core done quickly (where I got 2 cameras along the way), and I went around the left side to the core in the center while the rest of the team went the other way, to get the drop on SWAT's cameras from a different angle. The third core spawned right by me on the left side, but SWAT split the team and downed Bellicose with a D-field, dividing my attention between helping Rob and helping Bindi. After barely avoiding a D-field of my own, I used the surplus drops I'd gotten along the way to back Bellicose up as she revived Bindi, and eventually, the team got the final core done. We made our way to the exit, where after a tense wait and one last active camera, we were able to escape in good shape.
SWAT told me afterward that he had picked the wrong deck before the match started, which might explain why the match had gone so well for us. Though I don't think I would've guessed that from the map and from SWAT's actions as MM, and he still provided a good challenge for us that took a lot of patience to complete.
