I can only imagine how many things like this occur where the worst possible ending occurs. I'm an aunt of 11 children, as well. Here's to merciful angels helping our planet soon, friends. Blessings to all.

After two NDEs - and I realize my account doesn't prove anything - I know there's no God-inflicted hell, but we will all experience the effects of our actions on everyone we meet, even rippling out into the lives of those people we never meet. In life reviews, we feel everything the other person experienced. God loves us all equally, eternally, immensely and without exception. Some folks just take a lot longer to get to the Light. Pedophiles are everywhere, not necessarily in organized crime. Churches, schools, coaches, tutors, music lessons.

Maybe they can't intervene on a physical level, which would be required in most cases. In this case there was a clear opportunity for escape, so pursuasion would have been effective. Or maybe the child had more psychic ability than most others do.

I believe it was his deceased father protecting his 4 yr old son.

Or Jesus who is called the Light.

You raise some good points. I guess we will never know. It goes much deeper than that. For instance, many children and adults experience terrible events (car crashes/plane crashes/electrocution etc) and some die, others don't. Some people say they sensed a presence which was there to protect them, others do not. Perhaps the "being of light" is there always, but given the situation, is not always recognised by us, and therefore through our own lack of awareness we do not see it. On the other hand, perhaps the being of light was just the boys imagination. He may have been in a panic type mode, and his subconscious may have mustered up the image of the light in order to get him to safety. Almost like fight and flight. However, it's fascinating the voice said RUN RUN RUN and guided him out of the forest to his mother. I mean, what was the chance he could've found his way out by himself. Very bizarre.

My heart goes out to you and you were certainly worthy of being protected. I wish I could have protected you. I do wonder why bad things are allowed to happen to children. 💔

We're each on a different journey and we encounter challenges of every sort for different purposes. Some day you may find how those challenges have given you courage or compassion or understanding that you wouldn't have now had it not been for the suffering we experience. We were never promised life would be all good. We come here to learn and sometimes turn the bad into good ourselves.

Did you listen to the entire story? He suffered neglect, sexual abuse, violence, being repeatedly locked up alone in the dark, which affects him to this day. The memory of that light sustained him through awful things. Try to let go of anger and bitterness...it is poison.

It was this man’s fate. But in Heaven, through Jesus , no more pain. Also, not everyone listens to the Light here now.

I hate it when people insert their version of their religion into other people's experiences. God/Jesus may be your version, but its not everyone's.
