Don't want to imagine what she went through to be shaking this badly at the beginning. Some people are just evil. If you do not like animals, don't get a pet. Why get them just to abuse them? Makes me sad and angry to see cats, dogs, and other animals abused 😢

Having had several dogs, cats, and ferrets over the years that suffered horrifying abuse, I know the patience and love it takes to bring them out of that shell. It’s the most heartbreaking thing, watching the embodiment of pure love, be afraid. Thank whatever God is, for saving this little love bug, and to her kind foster Mama. You made her world better through your love, patience, and guidance, and that is no easy feat, but so very worth it 💞

Mable is absolutely gorgeous, and it’s so heartbreaking to see her so fearful. Her foster mom is an absolute angel for being so loving and patient with her. I want Mable to get her happily ever after with her furever family, and I want her to know that she is loved.❤

Who could hurt this poor soul? She has one of the most expressive faces I've seen in a dog. To see the fear and pain slowly fade from her eyes must have been so rewarding. Foster parents are incredible people!

It's really infuriating to see what someone did to her simply because it's inside them to be cruel often because someone was cruel to them and they're just mimicking the behavior. An abuser must make someone bad and they create excuses to hurt someone on purpose. "They deserve it. I need to humble them. I'm going to teach them a lesson." It takes a good-hearted person to reverse the damage caused by a subconscious sadistic pattern an abuser has embodied. There is no excuse for abuse ever. We can all choose better. Oh my, 💔. Yet seeing Mabel's recovery brings a change from sad tears to happy tears. I have a rescue girl too, I named her Ginger Bear. It took 6 months for her to not growl and even bear teeth when I approached her while she was in her big kennel. That was HER only safe space, I got that. Two years later so much improvement, still some lingering, more deep seated triggers from a very harsh first 5 years of her life. Now, a whole lot of tail wagging and smiles. My Ginger, has arrived unto her true self. So,yes I commend you on your ultimate patience and compassion! 💖

Just goes to show when a dog is shut down as much as Mabel, talking things slowly. The foster mum is amazing. She knew exactly what Mabel needed and took the time, commintment and dedication to show Mabel the world is not a horrible place, and to know she is safe and no one will ever hurt and abuse her again. If it hadn't been for Angela fostering Mabel she would have never found a home. The majority of people don't want to take the time to work with them. When a pet doesn't act how they want they will return them. Thankful for all like Angela who take the time to help them
