[RESCUE EXERCISE] VFD Begunje, MRS Radovljica, EMS Bled, Aviation Police Unit - rescuing a person 

On Saturday, May 11, 2024, a demonstration exercise took place in Begunje na Gorenjska as part of the open house of the VFD Begunje na Gorenjska and the 60th anniversary of Radovljica Mountain Rescue Service. The premise of the exercise was that there was a fire in the garage in which the injured person was located. Firefighters from VFD Begunje in Gorenjska rescued the person and handed over to Bled EMS rescuers. Due to serious injuries, the helicopter of the Aviation Police Unit was activated with the crew of the Radovljica Mountain Rescue Service, who transported the person for further treatment.
