Rescued by Righteous Among the Nations: Pnina Tory's Testimony 

Pnina Tory, born 1923, was incarcerated in the Kovno ghetto in Lithuania. Attempting to save her five-year-old daughter, Shulamit she asked Father Bronius Paukstys, a Catholic priest, for help. Paukstys hid Pnina and her daughter in his two-room apartment on the monastery premises, and then found them a safe shelter with one of his parishioners outside the city.
