Well no matter how you think things may go, often something different happens ! One to enjoy with George & Yame ! Thanks for all the well wishes and recovery is going well from my arm Op, although uncomfortable and painful at times. It's just after 1am here and well worth being awake to see how much joy George and Yame have on their walk with their dad. I could watch them for hours, just walking. I had to laugh, as they picked up the pace and darted around the bend and out of sight. Just like two naughty children. Their manes are incredible. What a bonus to see the Rhino, how stunning he is and to hear how much worse their threat is, saddens me. Thank you Kev, stay healthy and happy and heal well. Love and blessings.

Just look how much these beauties love their dad , it’s absolutely incredible to see the bond between Kevin and the boys. Kevin you’re an incredible inspirational guy for all you’ve done and continue to do for the animals in your sanctuary , honestly most of us would never see the footage of their lives if this guy hadn’t devoted himself to their care and their protection. Prosthetic horns perhaps? Prosthetic legs are made for horses & can withstand huge amounts of force and pressure. If the horn is cut down to just before the base as a point of attachment.

That "OW" sound Kevin makes to them, you don’t hear the lions doing it but I was watching a video of a family rescued from Romania I think and the cub callling for its mum was the EXACT same, I thought it was Kevin reincarnated as a lil cub 😅

Is there anything an American like me can do to put pressure on to stop poaching? I can’t imagine a world without rhinos, giraffes, lions, etc. So many animals in dire straits. I fear a mass extinction.

The animals have the opportunity to hunt whenever they go on enrichment walks if they can find anything, they have caught prey before. He has videos on the channel of it.

@@ceecee811 Assuming I'm understanding your question correctly, He doesn't lock them up at night. The only times they're ever locked up is for staff feeding/cleaning, transport, or vet visits. Otherwise yes they stay outside both during day and night unless they choose to take shelter. He also isn't with them 24/7 so yes they can do what they want even if he's not there.

Confused how other wild animals can be laying poop where the cats can roll around in it, yet not encounter them and or run off…

The area is huge so the animals can just move away from the lions. Plus the common animals in there are ones that burrow like warthog and porcupine so they're hidden underground. There has been some encounters where the lions catch them as seen in some of his videos.

He has plans to slowly transform the sanctuary into a rehabilitation center and offer the facilities to vets etc. He said predominantly predators because that is his level of expertise. But predominantly leaves it open.

Actually it is because the herbivore poop they roll in has lots of steroids and hormones in it that the lions love and kinda get high on.

They came a long way. You take such awesome care of them I can't say that enough. I do have a silly question. So the males like to roll around in the pooh as u say. I know I have seen u do videos where you kiss them. I'm. Sure u don't do that after they been rolling In it. But how does that go away off their mouth on their bodies? I know cats clean them selves. But does it take time to get that off of them

He does kiss them after lol. And the lions don't bathe. They will sit in the rain and get a thorough soaking that way. They may groom it off each other if there is another animal in there with them.

Lions and other wild animals have to hunt to survive, they can't go to the supermarket for dinner. Humans hunt for fun, money and greed. If you feel this way then don't come on this channel, it's not for people like you.

I will never get over how quiet they can be. You can hear kevs footsteps the whole time. This boys are huge by comparison. Hardly hear a step. Also i remember when these boys were small. Those two terrified faces in the cage. They are truly blessed to be the faces to their important message.
