Bit of paint where it needs it, sills etc, good buff up and touch up, nice wheels,lowered and exhaust and windows tint, cool cruiser

Please don't do the SLR clone/look-a-like. Soooo many of them. I'd go conservative. It's too good to mess with. Detail the hell out of it and whack on a set of nice wheels then enjoy it. Once it's polished and super clean you'll love it more. Great car!

Pearler All I'd do is add 14" HQ GTS wheels , lower it, and put a nice sounding exhaust on it with maybe a small cam Perfect period correct cruiser

Do nothing but pull it apart and clean with respray but maybe pull the banjo out and replace with a vn vp diff just so if you do get up it one day your not stranded on the side of the road with a broken axle or centre

15 inch chevy wheels, on HQ stud pattern. Brakes ? I have a WB van , some years ago I also had a 74 corvette. Front end looks almost identical, except the corvette had huge 4 piston calipers that worked fantastic. Have wondered ever since, if they could bolt straight on. Wish I had tried whilst I had the vette. HQ _ WB brakes are shit. Corvette wheels fitted the WB but the WB wheels, 14 inch wouldnt fit over the vette calipers .
