I'm guessing that the water capacity of that tiny pit they dug when all rocked in might be about 3.5 gallons, I wonder which one of the koi was going to live in that ? LOL It looks so much better now that it's complete.

Great to see some more excellent content! At least that company went out of business. We have local con-man who pulls this kind of b.s. regularly. Met with someone last week and got to warn them! I said I can give you 5 other contractors to call, just don't let that guy on your property. AND they got his name from Angies List! I always feel awful for the customers who get hung out to dry. Glad they found y'all! Keep up the great work!

You are so true man the harder we work on sales and the more informative. Our process becomes the happier I am because every time our clients hire somebody else I have the fear that we let them down. I know they’re going to spend a lot of money they’re probably not gonna get as good of a water feature. They’re definitely not gonna have as good of an experience And half the time they end up calling us back and we want to do work over. At that point they’ve spent more for less and the experience has been horrible. Very difficult to convey that message without sounding like you’re trying to play on their fear in order to get them to sign a contract. All we can do is continue to educate and inspire and hope that people do their homework!!
