In the webinar “Research Development Professionals Stepping Outside Institutional Habit Boundaries,” she discusses how research development professionals can break outside their typical roles, using as an example a $300K NSF grant that she won in collaboration with a statewide research development network to develop a team science training program for faculty working on use-inspired research targeted at intractable societal issues.
