So far, (and I'm still working on it), I've watch most all of your videos. I still have a few to go, but I just wanted to "THANK YOU" so much for making your videos. I've been selling on eBay for 7 months now, & you've taught me a lot of very helpful information. You're greatly appreciated. I now check daily for new videos by you, as I have SUBSCRIBED, & LIKE, every single one that I watch! : ) I also enjoy watching you & Josh going to flea markets; Thrifty Shoppers; Garage Sales; etc. Lots of fun!! Thanks Justin! Keep on Keep'n on! Joyce; Syracuse, N.Y.
Awe, thank you so much Joyce! That really means a lot to me to know that you enjoy the content that I've been creating. The entire reason I created this channel was to help and teach others with reselling and eBay. When people like you let me know that you find value in the work that I put into RU-vid, it keeps me pressing on to make more videos. Thanks so much for the kind words, and it's great to know that I have a new friend in Syracuse! Best regards, Justin
Haha! Well, if you're a great buyer then you'd be a great reseller. You make all of the money on the buy. The selling part is just where you cash in. I'm sure you'd be great at selling!
Haha. Sorry Josh! Are you in the Central Florida area? If so, you're always welcome to join! Otherwise, it may be a bit of a drive to just go to the flea market. lol
When I was young, my dad always said that “if you found a job you loved, that you’d never work a day in your life.” I always thought he was crazy until I discovered reselling. It may not be for everyone, but I think it’s the greatest job that there is.
Its very possible if you build an eBay store up over a period of time. It’s difficult to make a full time living just starting, but reselling is the type of skill that gets better and more sustainable the longer you do it. I’m not the only person that makes a living reselling, and there are many other RU-vidrs besides me that teach / show how to do so as well. Where you live plays a big factor into how much success you’ll have reselling as well. However, there’s plenty of opportunity in America (in other countries it can be a lot more difficult).
@@CoachCommerce Yeah you're right. I guess I'm too scared to take a chance and waste money bc every time I've ever tried to sell anything online it has always taken me months to sell or sometimes never! Been watching reselling videos for quite a while, but I stopped. Just came across your video randomly today.
When you start out, it can seem really slow and impossible. What I always tell everyone to do is to list everything on eBay buy it now, good until canceled. Don’t mess around with auctions because they seldom bring market value (let alone sell for more than appraised value). Research your item against similar sold items. Then set a price that is compatible and just wait. But as you’re waiting, keep listing more, and more, and more. Once you get a couple hundred items up, you’ll probably start making multiple sales a day. Get to a few thousand, and you’ll be making enough income to where it probably will come close to, if not replace whatever job income you’ve ever had. Think of an eBay store like a brick and mortar store. If you walk into Walmart and they only have 10 to 100 items on the shelf you’re probably not gonna walk out with anything in your cart. But if you go in and there are thousands, chances are you’re going to end up purchasing something. eBay works the same way. It’s taking me the better part of a decade to get around 15,000 items up on eBay. I’ve made lots of money along the way. But I can tell you, the longer you use that strategy on eBay, the more and more it will yield in revenue. I hope this helps, and remember, just keep listing.
