Ikan makarel 1,5 kg
Bawang merah 200 gram (25 siung bawang merah kecil)
Bawang putih 6 siung
Cabe rawit merah 20 buah (10 buah dihaluskan, 10 dimasukan ke pesmol nya)
Jahe 4 cm
Jeruk ipis 1 buah
Tomat merah 2 buah
Merica/lada bubuk 1/2 sendok makan
Ketumbar 1/2 sendok makan
Serai 1 batang
Daun salam 3 lembar
Asam jawa 1 ruas jempol tangan
Minyak goreng secukupnya
Garam sesuai selera
Daun bawang 3 batang
Air 200 cc
