Peep state already tried this in India during CAA and Farmer protests and failed, thanks to the unwavering displine and loyalty of Indian army. BJP thought that inaction will prove beneficial to them in elections and for this short term gains in politics, we almost became a country of civil war if not for our army discipline. However, Modi govts inaction did gave rise to hate speeches and fake news which affected them in elections as well, so for short term gains they let protests happen and resulted in a long term lose.

The best way to remove effect of reservation is to implement creamy & non creamy layer for sc ,st & others, which is present for obc currently, as it will take huge amount of time to remove it from society at the grassroot level... & Govt shuld increase privatisation so that ppl with merit & skills can get jobs..

Reservation for females and based on economic status is not too bad. Though above 50% is not good for nation. Imo reservation should be slashed by 50% for all categories equally of their current. N now party is grand enough to remove it as it will cause unstoppable riots.

N India is only country in the world where there is a ministry for minority with ample funds and yet there is no definition of minority in constitution and not political parties and supreme court over 75 years thought about it. Who decides that some group is minority? Can 20% be minority? Ex- kerala- a group with more than 50% population is treated as minority for central as well as state govt jobs and institutions reservation and the ones with less than 5% population in same state is treated as majority with no reservations. Why?
