VERY EASY !!!
Friends just off the printer, wait about 5 seconds, the start, then wait for the green light to come on then pressed and hold down the pink button for 10 seconds then released it, then pressed it again for a second then released it. If you have questions you can ask me! and spread the word because many people have the problem of just buying the original ink!

AS SOON AS YOU SEE THE GREEN LIGHT BLINKING, PRESS THE PINK BUTTON FOR 10 SECs. THEN RELEASE for 1 SEC, THEN PRESS AGAIN!!! 5. YEAH SOUNDS CRAZY BUT IT BLEW MY MIND IN AWE! THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!

A quick note for others who are just following this genteman's actions in the video as they can't understand his language (like me). If you follow exactly what he does, then it works, but his written instructions are missing a piece (at least this is what happened to me). I found if i waited for the green light to come on then pressed and held down the pink button once for 10 seconds then released it, it didn't work (as per his written instructions) BUT if i waited for the green light to come on then pressed and held down the pink button for 10 seconds then released it, THEN PRESSED IT AGAIN for a second then released it, it did work. Ie. copy exactly what he does in the video, not the instructions. To Luis: thank you very very very much for making this video, you have saved me untold hours of research and frustration and of being sold software I didn't need. Very much appreciated you kind thoughtful man. cheers and all the best, Matt.

Matt Smith Matt Smith I had a slightly different experience with my L210. I could not get the flashing red light to stop flashing, no matter how long or how many times I pressed the button. My computer also displayed a message that said "It is nearly time to reset the ink levels". Then I read somewhere that you must wait until the red light is on all the time before pressing the button. For me, it took a few hours, but for others it may take longer or shorter, or may depend on how many more pages you print. Then, after the light was on permanently, my computer displayed "It is time to reset the ink levels". But I had already filled my tanks a few weeks ago, so I knew I had to cancel the red light somehow. Then I pressed the button for ten seconds, off for a couple and then on again for about 5 seconds. I powered the printer off and on again and then light stayed off. So don't panic when the red lamp is flashing - it is merely warning you that you must fill the tanks and that the light will stay on permanently soon. That is when pressing the button works.

Following the subtitle instructions on the video worked great for my Epson L110. It was driving me crazy, had just refilled the tanks to full, and the printer still had the red light, wouldn't work and claimed no ink. This video saved me a service call to my local printer store. But more to the point, why doesn't friggin Epson include any of these kind of instructions either on their website or in the manual/instructions that come with their printers??? I went thru all my printer paperwork, and found NOTHING about this kind of procedure. Instead, I have to find it from Luis' RU-vid video in Spanish... CRAZY!!!! Thanks very much Luis... :-)

The easiest way I found..I will save my money now instead of bringing my printer to the shop whom I payed 300 pesos per reset. Thanks for this generous sharing of information to us.

Thanks, Works on my L355: 1) just press power button (this will turn off printer) 2) wait 10 secs - (skip this, don't have to be 10 seconds) 3) press power button (this will turn on printer & green light will also start) 4) now as green light seen , press pink button (10 secs approx.) 5) release and press pink button 2 secs more , and more and more until the ink light goes off

Thank U Luis. In Epson L850 ink level resetting is done by the machine itself. Printer guides us through a simple process and gets reset. The worst part is my service person did'nt show up or explained this thing.

Luis. Thank you very much. After refill, the light remain blinking. When ignore, the printer will stop working after some time. Users, please refill the tank before the ink reaches the low mark. It saves alot of headache. Not to mention the cursing and swearing. I reset my printer after 6 attempts. Watch the light. Fixed light works for me.

thanks for the video! tried this one on my Epson L210 today but unfortunately it didnt work. So i tried an alternative: - turned on my printer. - after all the lights stop blinking, press and hold down pink button for about 15 secs and release - press pink button again for a second time (just a quick press, no need to hold down) - press and hold down pink button for a third time for about 2 secs. ink light should stop blinking by then - clap hands to celebrate your victory (optional)

just follow the instruction on description ok. then use printer utility to clean the head printer ul need to do this several times until theres no more broken lines. its tedious but thats wat u get on these cheap printers but think about the savings u hve on inks. way better than HP printer.

if this doesn't work, you can try this instead (which worked for me): 1) Disconnect the printer from the power source for 10 seconds 2) Connect the printer to the power source 3) Press the power button for 15 seconds 4) Release the power button 5) Press the power button for 15 seconds 6) Release the power button 7) Lastly press the red (a triangle within a circle) button 8) Problem solved :)
