The residence itself occupies only 30% of the land, allowing ample space for the forest to thrive.
The two-story house utilizes large windows and open spaces to create a seamless connection between the interior and the surrounding beauty. The wooden elements, including walkways, stairs, pergolas, eaves, and even the roof structure, all contribute to this sense of flow. The extensive use of cumaru wood further reinforces the connection to nature.
