Your question is very valid . Ethical concerns and questions are mostly recommended for a psychiatry consult . Making sure that the pt./individual is making a right decision with fair understanding of the matter. It can be a discussion among interdisciplinary team to solve and resolve. eg. can be a person denying a recommended treatment plan or A person not making clear sense of their medical needs. It could be involving culture or religion , recommended to the chaplain/ Mufti.
