How much % rent do I get if I purchase a condo. Any tax to be paid, what are the monthly maintenance charges ? who pays that ? the owner or the tenant ?
1) Average return in rent around 5%. 2) Tax for foreign Purchaser is only Memorandum of Transfer 4% of purchase price. 3) Maintenance fee is around RM 0.35/sft (paid by owner)
Hi Adam, thanks for pointing that out. These are the starting price for bare units for both sale and rent. Price goes up depending on furnishing and floor level. 1,300+sft : RM 1.05mil, RM 4.5k 1,600+sft : RM 1.45mil, RM 6k 1,800+sft : RM 1.67mil, RM 7k
