Residensi Laman Sari @ Batu Caves: The BEST RumaWIP that I've reviewed to date, 9.5/10 

This is to me, by far, the best affordable housing project that I've reviewed to date. The unit comes with 2' x 2' glazed tiles, wall to wall aluminum anodized windows and a very practical layout.
Facilities are abundant. For a start, you have a swimming pool, gym, indoor badminton court which also doubles as a multi purpose court, cafe terrace AND a sky terrace AND sky bridge (connecting the 2 blocks).
How does that sound? Extremely impressive, right?
