It's usually not as bad with ads for board games compared to ads for computer/console games. But at least it's not Raid or other mobile gacha games.

But what about the SpookiesTM Wolf-man? He'd have closed the fuck out of those doors!

It'd be a massive pain to keep track of how battered each door is though. I think it'd be better to have the zombies move to a door and roll to see if they bash it open.

@@weezact7 maybe only zombies near each character will slowly move towards him and knock down a door after a couple turns if he's still near by each player would have to remember idk

Probably just to make more money, and it's like a tabletop culture to promote and kickstart a new boardgame nowadays I guess.

Probably no confidence in the market for it. Kickstarter is a way to minimize exposure (risk exposure, not market exposure). Without it, they probably wouldn't have risked making it. Not that I support the decision, but there's an understandable explanation.

The board game is being made by steamforged games. From what i can gather, The licensee has little to do with board games other than finalizing art etc.

Pretty sure its not funded by Capcom, Steamforged games bought the liscense from them. So they can make games, but Capcom are still required to fund the final art, minis, etc.

No, there was no sneakiness to it in any way at all. It was right in the camera.

No I think its because Lewis had collected the combination, otherwise you need to get it fully correct

@@devoidofvoltz2562 But Tom pulled the red lever before Lewis did that, and just randomly flipped a card over that just happened to be red. That's where my confusion is, if it wasn't red, would he have had to flip the other two to check?

@@ThatPsdude from what I can it looks like their is an order from left to right, so when Tom pulled the lever he flipped the first card, now if this card was not the one Tom pulled the combination would have to be shuffled again.

@@ThatPsdude from what I understand once Lewis knew the combination they could be pulled in any order but before then you have to get them in the exact right order or else flip the cards back over What Tom did was realise that the worst case scenario of him pulling the red lever was that not being the first one, flipping the card back over and having to wait in that room until Lewis got the combination to see if red was one of them which meant it was worth the gamble to be able to use the rest of his actions
