You could hold on 4 until I get my Pro guide up, I'm working on it now. You could actually follow my Pro guide for your first normal run instead of my normal run. Would be good prep as Pro is quite hard
Another run bites the dust. Yep, thankfully we can SAVE :D and go without HERB/SPRAY. No biggie this time around, few retries here and there. Somehow I miss where you spoke about achievment I HAVE THE TOUCH - kill mimicry Marcus with knife only. So I have it from another guide no problem, and now we go for two last achievments, WELCOME TO TEAM WESKER and FROM ZERO TO HERO. After that another PERFECT GAME added in my Steam library. Good work my man!
Well, after procrastinating for a bit, I finally done this, sad part, I was too stupid to read the 20/20 trophy properly, and it was too late when I noticed you were supposed to charge to the max, I hope progress carries over. That last boss is actually really easy using the stairs, shoot him, go on stairs, come down, shoot him, and when Rebecca does the 2nd gate, then you go to the other side and keep going. I completed this with both on orange life. Thanks once again this playthrough.
You actually can't save when rebecca needs help from the monkeys, but major props for going as long as you did without saving!!! God damn birds got me like 4 times!

I accidentaly used a herb while in the laboratory. Obviously, i reloaded a save to before that, but now i'm terrified that i may have voided the no healing trophies because of this 🤦🏻♂️ Edit: It didn't 🙌🏻 now on to Hard Mode.

Something I've noticed and my apologies if you have said it in the video already but it feels like Wesker charges up his death stare alot quicker if he doesn't have a gun equipped

The all weapons trophy is glitched for me. I unlocked all weapons (Plus all grenade shells) according to the guides but it never unlocked for me. It may have not registered since I got Rebbeca's custom gun but died during the no save playthrough. I thought it may have registered but when I got the rocket launcher and machine gun, it didn't pop. I got Rebecca's gun during the Wesker playthrough but it didn't unlock either. Do I just have to delete my save file or do the hard run with Rebbecca's gun.

I just finished the game on hard. It is really tough. Ensure you have 3 separate saves spaced out from eachother. So if you need to go back and reload to conserve ammo and health you can do so. The leach boss I very tough on hard difficulty.
Goodness it wasn't that bad lol. Beat the game on hard in 5 hours. Leech hunter though was a slog and a pain. After you do all that is required in Leech Hunter its not so bad to breeze through the game on hard for the S rank
@@loganstrait9880 yeah, I was wrong. I think he mentions it later in the video, it’s after a certain amount of kills without taking damage I think and if you take damage it’s slow again.
@@Optinooby that’s ok! I think you mentioned the correct reason later in the video, I just was impatient and commented before you corrected me lol. But because of your guides I got the platinum for RE0, great content man! I used your guides for CVX too and when I find the drive to do the other games I’ll use your guides for them. Btw I really hope re0 remake comes out eventually and they give us an item box and take out the hook shot, really the only two bad things about the game.
Hey, it carries to everything, but ONLY across the same difficulty. I only go on normal because of the S Rank. If you're on easy and bothered about trophies, you may want to switch over to normal, I have a guide on all playthroughs and LH btw to make them a cakewalk somewhat just like this ;)

@@Optinooby No that’s lickers. Hunters are human/frog and amphibian combined. Lickers are introduced in RE2. Lore wise they are crimson heads (from RE1) that mutate into lickers or some subjects just mutate from human form. They are the ones with exposed brains, long tongues and can climb and attach to walls and ceiling with their claws.
Do you cover how to get the I Have the Touch trophy in any of your guides? I just got it in leech hunter mode. I just kept going in and out of the projector room, slashing once each time. Took about 25 or 30 minutes probably but its an easy way and you dont take any damage.
You have the touch do you ;)?! I dont think I show myself popping it, but I think I explain and advise on it at 1 point. I say that because I thought I did show it, but I think it was brought up not long ago that I didnt. So if I dont show it, im sure I speak abt it because its not in my nature to miss a trophy xD Basically same as you m8, there isnt really any easy way to go abt it other than what you and make sure you have some healing items stockpiled ;) I remember the leech near the projector room, thats the corridor connecting to the toilets as well right. Yea, thats where I do it, but to speed it up, I just be sure we go in with full stock of healing items and hack away. Dont we do it or i mention it on our 1st normal playthrough??
@@Optinooby Nah I Ive played 1-4 step for step have not seen it. I tried going toe to toe with the thing several times and there is no way, even with 5 full heals. Hardest boss in the game via knife only imo. All good tho I played on hard for the normal walkthrough so I just need to play through Wesker mode no healing, 50 wesker kills, and then Wesker outfit for platinum. Then I will have plats for 0,1,2,3,5,6 and Code Veronica. Ill probably work on 7 next to get it out of the way because I'm not a fan of 1st person. PSN is same as my YT name for anyone reading this.
@@mds525700 I may have shoehorned it in right on the last part somewhere, if you catch me bring it up anywhere can you let me know. Obviously big error on part if i did forget to mention it. Not a massive deal as you can quickly grab it somewhere like you have but still Iirc, the way i do it without leaving is on each knife, you run behind him, knife, run behind him, knife, running around a certain way, some attacks would miss, im sure i could just do if wuth full stock, but i would have to knife once, run behind, knife once etc, it would get close though. Code Veronica, I had a go on that the other day as there are still a few REs im yet to cover. I find those controls so awkward after being spoiled by the remakes. I hope they remake CV at some point
@@Optinooby I tried my in and out strategy again this morning to try and record a tutorial and it isnt working this time for some reason. Oh well I got the trophy so Im done fooling with it. Maybe the analog would be easier for that acheivement. I just never use it for tank contols. If its not in this playthrough Im assuming you didnt include it in the hard run, but you can always add it at your leisure.
@@mds525700 Well I guess at least it worked for the trophy ;) I think I remember it can be hit and miss if you're knifing straight at him whether you succeed, thats why eventually I went with the knife, run behind, knife, run behind. Imma try no save mode with Wesker. If that doesn’t work I’ll just do an easy mode run 😆 this game is still pretty hard even with the infinite ammo. Fcking bat killed me in normal with the infinite ammo. Stupid smaller bats can go to hell
