Despite that a good bit of people disliked 5 I really hope 5 gets a remake. I feel like it will for Wesker alone, he absolutely carried that game's story.
@@hoozah6358 A good chunk of 5's problems could be solved by just having the AI partner have infinite ammo. That way you don't feel starved for ammo just cause the AI doesn't know how to land a shot.
@@Tokumastu1 Eh feeling starved for ammo is literally the premise for every good Resident Evil game out there. Your partner absolutely should not have infinite ammo. Managing both of your inventories was one of the more enjoyable aspects of 5. The real problem with Sheva was how she totally sucked at aiming at weakspots, would get hit no matter how much you babysit her and would use herbs for the smallest of wounds.
@@evrimenustun9548 Given the more action oriented approach of RE 5 giving the AI partner infinite ammo is a sound choice. Hell that was one of the very few things that RE6 did right. Being starved for ammo works better when RE leans more towards horror.
@@Tokumastu1 Precisely why I'm hoping for a more survival horror approach to the inevitable 5 remake. Just like the way 4 was treated. I like that you had to actually take good care of your partner throughout 5 unlike 6 where they were just kinda there.
@@sepulcher8263 Well, Wesker is already here from RE1 then again Dante was Leon at one point of the development for RE4 if i am correct, it's just comes down does Wesker was planned in RE4 or not since i can see the similarities especially RE5 iteration of the guy XD

I think they both fit but in different ways- Wesker re5 theme leans more into his cinematic style while this one shows bits of him all around like his god complex, raw fighting talent, and an alarming sense of danger to show how much of a threat he is. I like them both tbh
Wesker, Ada (Both Dress and OG), Leon Pinstripe and Docks map were in files since day one, and so some modders activated them since pretty much day one of release.
@@gabrielhelms2040 I'm admittedly more used to his hair in RE5, and I'd say it's much shorter in terms of height from his head. More of a classic slicked back as opposed to a pompadour

The man who had an ambition to try and save humanity. And yet by the end became a narcissistic monster corrupted by the very thing he tried to use to do good for the world. With Wesker's upbringing and the work he's done over the years, he was bound to become the very thing the heroes would have to fight against. This man is a BADASS. Wish RE5 didn't get rid of him.

It's a remix of his original theme from RE4. The author of this channel ripped them from the RE4 REmake game files. That's what he said on the Ada theme video.
Wesker is badass and strong when he did not needed Shotgun, Rifle, Sniper, or Rocket Launcher. He is basically just using Pistol and Magnum only and also he did not need knife to counter enemies attacks, he just uses his own bare hands and martial artist combat againts his enemies. Sick🔥
Wow,This one sounds good like the original,I'd say in my opinion both the original and remix/Remaster are good. It's just that both managed to impress me in many ways
This is giving MvC and I love it. Wesker's original RE4 Mercs theme was always one of the best tracks of that game as aside from it being phenomenal on its own, it completely compliments his character. They really nailed it with the remake.
I consider wesker's in mercenaries to be canon. Remember, dude went back to the island to get the superior plaga sample in Krauser's body after Ada gave him a normal strain. Might as well start some clean up on the way.
@@agustinmora7860 in the OG Ada gave Wesker a normal sample on the spot because she gave the superior ones to "The connections" before meeting with Wesker again and Wesker found out it was just a common sample he immediately went to the Island to retrieve Krauser's body to get the superior sample. In the Remake, Wesker knew Ada might betray him as he was suspecting of her being a double agent for a rival company, so, he decided to pick up Krauser's corpse on the spot even before Ada could complete her mission as some kind of back up plan. Both in OG and remake Ada gave Wesker a common tissue to mess with him.

Was this really extracted! Almost makes me wish the other mercenaries themes were more faithful to Original RE4. Was half expecting this to sound more like Re5 Wesker and “Winds of Madness” since that’s the modern view of the character.
Oh yea, they fucking did it, and I'm so fucking glad, THEY MADE BASICALLY EVERY SOUNDTRACK BANGERS, I didn't like the early game soundtrack in the game, felt like they were completely deviating from it, but it seems after hearing people say they didnt want the big change in soundtracks but remakes instead and they listened, I think thats why around half way through the game is when you start hearing the certified classic remakes, and the mercenaries did not disappoint ONE BIT, I can't wait to play as Wesker, from hearing about his Mayhem mode alone sounds like we about to get another badass in gameplay like Krauser, It feels like playing a boss character... and I fucking love it, its enough to make a grown man cry இ௰இ
It's a remix of the old theme :-D I love them both, this theme has better things than the other like the old one has better things than this one, but I like them both
I just Imagine all the Ganados run from the village as fast as they can the moment they hear That it's weskers time to play, and once they hear this theme they know their dead
