Very nice run overall.
It still has some huge time saves like Bella Sisters skip (7 seconds) and Waterhall (9 seconds) but, counting all the possible ones, is around 20 - 30 seconds in total.
So that means sub 23 mins its 100% possible, but it requires a lot of insane good RNG + no mistakes at all.
