The more prominent reverb and echo of the instrumental actually fits perfectly as Leon is mostly lost in his thoughts when we hear this instrumental in the cutscene. An even cooler detail would be to fade out the echo and reverb so when the officer talks to Leon it makes it that he snaps out of his flashbacks
“The Drive” was originally featured in the original Resident Evil 4. What you hear in the new Shooting Gallery is a remixed version of the original song. The remixed version is still amazing regardless.
@@JHEntertainment98 ur right, I saw gameplay already because people bought the game at Walmart and the classic and amazing music isn’t there sadly but was changed to be a little similar
@@JHEntertainment98i played the complete version and the drive is in the game its in the the shooting rage and Believe me its better then this version
So are you making these for the remake, cause I would totally hire you if you were making these for resident evil 4, they are so good and so nostalgic!!
@@tupqc2022 si sale esa música, en la parte donde comienzas a practicar tu puntería ¿Recuerdas? Disparar esos tableros de los ganados menos a Ashley, ya. En el remake si sale esa música:D es súper genial!! Creeme
There's something poetic about the stark contrast between the dark, gloomy, in the middle of nowhere village and the energetic, spirited and cheerful tone of the Spanish flamenco. I have a sense that Mikami, or whoever chose this as a theme song knew exactly what they were doing.
This is even more fire than the original. But I'm so glad they remixed and kept the theme. Re4 was my 1st and favorite RE game. The theme hit my nostalgia so hard
"He sido entrenado por una agencia secreta bajo las órdenes directas del presidente tengo el cometido de proteger a la nueva familia presidencial... Mi misión es rescatar a la hija del presidente" Leon F. Kennedy The best character
every other song in the remake its a wonderful take on the originals…. BUT this one might be better than the original song im Spanish from Andalucia the place where this music comes from and this version of the song is something that you would hear in Sevilla for example
Wow this one is just awesome . Capcom needs to hire you man. I wish this was the official remake version of the song. Also, do you think you could do the village battle theme 1 and 2. If you can that would be great.
The Sphere Hunter RU-vidr Suzi needs to see this and others you made. This game is her favorite and she does lots of breakdowns and explanations like research. Great job can't wait for the RE4 Remake. I pre-ordered the Deluxe Edition on day 1. Can you please make Dead Space Twinkle Twinkle Little Star Trailer and Dead Space Zero Z soundtrack Remake fanmade? I promise people gonna love it. The Dead Space series is my favorite pre-ordered Deluxe one on Steam on Jan 5. Can't wait for both games.
@@wild8074 right I really hope some tracks make it back especially infiltration, serenity, ganado 2 those tracks really made the game for me the main ones I remember but this whole game soundtrack was golden
When I heard this song in the trailer got so psyched. Loved how we got more time with Luis in the remake and the callouts to Cervantes' Don Quixote. :)
Hey man, I just wanted to ask a question. I stumbled upon this a month or so ago and have been bopping to it ever since. At school, in the car, in bed, while playing RE4, while talking on Discord, you name it. And I just thought of a concept of a RE4 project, brought it to my friends and now the project is planning to be worked on starting today. I apologize if you've gotten this a couple times, maybe it gets annoying, but I was wondering if I could use this track just for my project, nothing else. I'll credit you and all, just as long as you're okay with me using it. Thank you so much and have a good day.
@@SteveOBoi Oh, thank you so much, man and thanks for responding. I'll make sure to credit your RU-vid channel and the music itself whenever I release the project. But thanks again man.
Imagine this scene : Leon and Ashley were ambushed by a group of Zealots, Leon struggling because of the numbers of enemies surrounding him and Ashley, suddenly he hears Ashley scream *Leon!!*. He then turns around seeing one of the Zealots got to Ashley and taking her away. Leon screamed “Ashley!!” He then realises the enemies infront of him already got too close and readying an attack. And at that moment, everything went deaf and slow in Leon’s view *this music starts to play in the background* as Leon calms and slows his breathing, take out his knife, perfect parries the enemy infront, melee, and starts shotgunning, head shooting, suplexing the enemies. Just as the Zealot was about to get away with Ashley, *BLAM* his head explodes, from afar we see Leon scoping with his Rifle. The music fades, ad Leon said “Ashley, you okay?” Close up of him with guns ready. I like to imagine this is what Leon hears when hes on the groove, ripping enemies apart.😂
think people are missing the point that this video here is a fan remix of the original RE4 The Drive. nevertheless, your mixing is actually very close to what they actually went on to do in the remake.
It’s already in the game, in the shooting mini game. But here’s the link to the song on the official soundtrack ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-r4jJI3XVv34.html
The original was assembled with sounds from the "Discovery Sounds - Alma Flamenco" sample library. The same one from which the Pillar Men theme took its iconic "AYAYAY" sound.
Esta canción existe desde el 2004. En el original solo esta el estribillo pero pues esta canción asi tal cual esta en este video existe desde la salida del original. Es resident evil 4 the driver. Hay videos incluso aquí en youtube de hace 8 años.
Im getting once upon of time in mexico type of vibes. This song feels like am re 4 action horror movie. Thanks for this gem 👍 💎 🎶 🎸 P.s can i use this to play it during my stream and possibly a video? I will credit you & shout out your you tube channel.
@@martinnieva8484 oh i know it takes place in Spain. This track just gives me like Once upon a time in Mexico-movie type of vibes or like dusk till dawn type of vibes. I definitely picture Leon in like a massive action movie listening to this.
@@ShinyuuX haha, what I mean is that the genre from the song has absolutely nothing to do with Mexico but with Spain's flamenco, independently from the game's setting
Imagine if this song was played in the final scene on game, when Leon an Ashley leaves on the Jetski to the horizon, then the camera focus on the sun with them on background and this song playing with the logo "RESIDEN EVIL 4" on Screen... Simply perfect
