PS5 muestra mejor rendimiento en todos los casos con respecto a XSX. - Recomiendo deshabilitar la aberración cromática y distorsión de lente en todas las versiones. - Una opción para bloquear el framerate a 30fps hubiera estado acertado para aquellos que no disponen de pantalla con VRR. - Pronto tendréis un video dedicado exclusivamente al rendimiento en PC con varias configuraciones de hardware. - The console versions offer 2 display modes: Resolution and Framerate. - Xbox Series X offers a higher average resolution over PS5 in both modes due to the fact that Sony's console seems to use more aggressive temporal reconstruction. - Xbox Series S has lower LOD in both geometry and animations. This is especially noticeable in terrain. - Additionally, PS5 and Xbox Series X allow you to enable Ray-Tracing for reflections and improve some refractions. This feature stands out in the lake area, but later on it becomes anecdotal. I recommend disabling it to gain some FPS. - Xbox Series X shows better SSR reflections than PS5. - Xbox Series S has no option to enable/disable Ray-Tracing. However, it seems that Resolution mode does have some reflections per RT in this version. - On PS5, Series X and PC it is possible to enable enhanced hair on Leon and other characters/animals. This option causes some lighting glitches in dark areas on consoles, but not on PC. - Xbox Series S has some texturing issues when changing the display mode. Closing the game usually fixes this problem temporarily while this bug is being fixed. - No console version is able to maintain 60fps. The most critical moments are at dusk in the rain. PS5 shows better performance in all cases compared to XSX. - I recommend disabling chromatic aberration and lens distortion in all versions. - An option to lock the framerate at 30fps would have been nice for those who don't have a VRR display. - Soon you will have a video dedicated exclusively to PC performance with various hardware configurations.

Details in the distance and/or foliage (trees,grass etc) do indeed look a little blurry on PS5, but people are overblowing it. Similar to the PS5 lead in frame rate, it’s there but it’s not a massive difference or anything

Capcom actually is more focus on PC port now as they said they got more sales in PC, especially with Monster Hunter games, I still remember the news

Todas as versões de consoles estão muito parecidas, com uma diferença destacável na resolução. No Xbox Series X, a nitidez e detalhe da textura aparentemente está melhor que no PS5. E o Xbox Series S tem uma versão muito satisfatória, equilibrando resolução e desempenho dentro do custo benefício que é o console. Muito bom!!

Looks smoother and less pixelated on Series X, the sharpness is a little overdone I've noticed on my PS5. Though the draw distance looks a lot clearer. So nothing major, but I still prefer the way Leon and the characters look on Series X. They look a bit "drawn" with lines around them on PS5. Probably because it was developed for PS4/Pro as well. No last gen on MS machines.

I've been buying a lot of games on ps5 lately because of poor pc ports on release but I bought this on steam and the experience has been amazing.

The demo played very smooth on my series X ray tracing mode..surprising as I usually go for 60fps above everything. I play on LG C1 with VRR and Dolby vision

On PC and Xbox Series X, the picture is clear, but on Ps5 it is somehow lost, especially noticeable at the beginning of the comparison.

PS5 version is weird. Both SX and PS5 have same resolution, SX looks sharper and cleaner. However, there seems to be some parts of the game where the PS5 looks sharper than SX. Must be Ps5 heavy utilization of temporal reconstruction

I've been going back and forth on PS5. Between framerate mode, and resolution mode with Ray tracing off. I really felt like resolution mode felt like a nearly locked 60fps on PS5, and apparently I was right. Great news!

People should something with this game.. Xbox has better resolution and anti-aliasing in performance mode than ps5 in resolution mode. Other thing ps5 has worse and some missing rt reflections compared to XSX.. its not just SSR Its not even comparable.

Just played through the best Resident Evil game in my opinion: Resident Evil 1 HD Remake on my 5800X3D & RTX 4090 PC 😂❤ And now I think about to get this game or to wait 🤔 😂

I'm a PS5 player, but I just built a gaming PC ( equipped with an RTX 4060 ). I've finished RE4 several times on PS5, and I just tested the RE4 demo on PC for comparison, and I have to admit it's cleaner, sharper on PC. On PS5, there's a persistent fuzzy veil (even when disabling lens distortion in the options). The thing is, it might seem like nitpicking, but it's really noticeable in-game, even if it's subconscious, you eventually realize that the PC version is much more enjoyable to play because of it. So I'm going to replay the full game on PC.

Just tried out resolution mode on the Series S and the water looks pixelated, doesn't have that problem with framerate mode...you can see it at 01:46 if you pause it and look around the posts in the water.

Xss at resolution mode is crap. Textures doesn't load or stay flickering all the time. Only framerate mode solve this issue.

The newest patch fixes all the issues with PS5 but it downgraded Series X's image quality, wtf. So Series X version has more framerate drops and now has worse image quality than the PS5 version.

La versión de Xbox Series S se queda algo corta y le faltan las texturas que buscábamos por la falta de potencia pero ya hay una mejora sustancial frente a la Demo.

PS5 has like a frame stuttering. When you are walking to another area it seems like it's loading assets and stutter. It's kinda annoying. I'm playing with VRR ON, RT OFF and performance mode

Da pra ver detalhes propositalmente melhores no PS5, mas obviamente porque a Capcom quis assim, pois o Series X tem muito mais poder disponível, ta na cara que não se importaram em otimizar nada pro xbox talvez pela complexidade da API, mas aposto ter dedo da Sony aí. Jogando o mesmo jogo com os dois consoles é notável que o PS5 parece uma fornalha enquanto o series x fica quente de forma ok rs, ele tinha mais poder pra ser usado, ai foi escolha da Capcom em prejudicar o console.

at 00:39 looking at the rocks in the background it feels likes Series S is at a higher resolution than even the PS5 (although rock model is more complex in the PS5 than Series S). Series X seems to be at a much higher resolution than PS5 while maintaining same model complexity, thus resulting in a MUCH sharper image. This is absolutely bizarre and it feels like the video made far too little case of this (i for one would be much more rantious at such absurdity since i don't find it even nearly acceptable that the PS5 had to go that low on the resolution while XSX did not). Hopefuly they will patch this soon.

Os Resident Evil 2 e 3 Remake rodam com RT tranquilamente no XBSS, assim como o Residente Evil 7 e 8, mas com o 4 ele peida pra carregar as texturas, mesmo que esses jogos tenham praticamente os mesmos gráficos. Os jogos só ficam mais pesados ao longo dos anos, mas não mudam quase nada.

PS5 is not good at all in resolution mode with RT and the VRR is only 48-120 when SX is 40-120 making the SX version more smother in the game.

With VRR, I hardly noticed any frame drops in resolution mode on the Series X. The only few times I did were some battle scenes with lots of enemies, and the maze in the castle. Besides that, it's pretty much a smooth 60fps.
