@@gamecop2191 "bro", in case you didn't notice, the acting in RE1 remake was better than anything that came before it - especially OG RE1. I look at the series in chronological order, and that game was quite the improvement.

i dont think would be considered a tyrant, wesker wasnt considered a tyrant and he was worthy of uroboros only because his gift/bloodtype was rare and made him immune to any virus hence why he had so many virus abilities like super inhumane strength, super speed and etc.

A Tyrant is much less of a title and more of a specific B.O.W primarily based on a controlled and highly evolved T-Virus infection as far as I know. Since the T-Virus is not used anymore, I don't think we'll be seeing these types.

If they indeed do a remake they better make wesker as a real threat. Like make him run after you instead of walking while slashing you with tentacle blades like what carnage does.

DBD has what it would have looked like if it succeeded but for wesker. its crazy to think if he did it early, he might have bonded and actually be unkillable

The best strategy if you don't have the RPG is to leave the flamethrower to Sheva: nobody ever does it because of her AI, but she's actually pretty useful in this boss-fight.

In all honesty, I'm pretty sure his face is identical to Wesker's (obviously minus the hair). Perhaps the developers were originally intending this guy to be the final Wesker boss, but then removed the hair and repurposed it to be the first boss?

It's because the progenitor virus was no longer compatible with modern humans, and death awaited anyone who ate the flower that had the virus on it. From what is known in the myths of the African tribe that owns the flower, the one who lived by consuming the flower became a superhuman who reigned for centuries (not many, I think). Umbrella and others tried to create a strain that was just as powerful as the original, but more compatible with modern humans. One of those strains was the prototype virus that Wesker used. It gave him powers very close to those of the original progenitor virus and not without side effects, he had to take regular injections to keep his powers in check. It's hard to say how weak Wesker's powers are when compared to those that were compatible with the progenitor virus, it's also not known how much it extended Wesker's lifespan, but he looked younger than his chronological age (49). The uroboros virus is practically the progenitor virus, but with greater compatibility with modern humans. So it is to be assumed that those that are compatible with uroboros will have the powers of wesker, but more powerful and without side effects.

What a boring way to solve a problem, when you already played a game so many times to the point know how to one hit kill'em or can use an op weapon you would want some challenge to it and went back to the basic, except you're the type of person that like shortcut then sure have it your way

It's taking forever because hes not doing it the right way. The flamethrower doesnt do a whole lot of dmg. You use it to expose the weak points which the flamethrower does almost nothing to. When you play it with 2 people this boss is pretty easy. If you play solo, the better thing to do I believe is have the NPC wield it and deal with the weak points yourself since you cant expect the AI to focus on them but you can count on them to abuse the flamethrower
