Fun advice for new players dealing with Marguerite: Aim for the crotch, and use flame weapons first and most often The magnum ammo can come in handy dealing with the rare Fat Molded enemies later on

The DLCs for this game bring everything full circle. You get to play as Chris trying to stop Lucas and you get to see what happens to Zoe.

This is one of my fav games, characters, setting, the enemies, everything I LOVED, tried playing it on PlayStation VR forever ago and I could even walk in that damn house cause I knew Mia was there somewhere 😂😂

The thing with the granade launcher is that you were supposed to find it in the house, pretty early into the game only you missed it. That's why the game gave it to you in the swamp 24:32

When this game came out I wasn’t a fan, I didn’t like the new characters and first person but I learned to absolutely love this style of resident evil

Marguerite Baker on Madhouse without the saw or any other power ups (not counting infinite ammo) is a boss fight straight from dark souls

For me the hardest part of 100% RE7 was the 55th Jack birthday achievements, those were wild man.

This game was insane to platinum, I love the trophy where you can’t use the item box, it was a clever way to play the game carefully. But beating the game on madhouse mode and get all of its pelican coins was grueling, it took me so many tries.

I love how he just never found the grenade launcher until the end game

Madhouse was honestly some of the most fun I've had in any game. The End Of Zoe on Joel Must Die difficulty is fucking evil, and I loved it.

Did you make a video on the "Ethan Must Die!" Game mode?. It is hardlocked on Madhouse difficulty but from what i heard there is no checkpoints and perma-death is a feature of this mode.

it isnt that the dev team thought up limited saves. It was a mechanic of the original games. 1,2,3, and code veronica x all required ink ribbons to save at a type writer. On challenge or arrange modes they were sometimes more limited or harder to find.

got this twice, on ps4 & ps5 versions.. one of my favorites.. thx for good editing👌

Madhouse mode was pure torture in my opinion. I had such a difficult time with it.

This is an awesome game, im having a blast playing it all over again on my S24u using winlator and oh boy it is a different experience, the smartphone indisplay controls are harder and you have to be more careful especially with jack 😅, but it does look awesome in the Oled Samsung display, good stuff

You could’ve just been sarcastic at the time, but the reason the tapes are the same and are played before Ethan does it is to give the reader a hint on how to progress. It was a way to stop players from getting bored quickly and quitting the game. Also you might notice that the happy birthday tape usually ends up with Clancy dying but Ethan doesn’t die because players already know how to do it properly

Actually you only need to open the box two times(before and after Lucas’s level). You can get through the mines w/o opening the box before. You just have to die at the eve line boss fight to manage your inventory.

Resident Evil Biohazard is easily one of the best videogame stories i've ever played... Ethan is the true embodiment of a Man... the main goal of RE7 is to *Save Your Wife* and the main goal of RE8 is to *Save Your Daughter* and he ultimately sacrificed himself saving his family

I was one play through away from the platinum on ps4 version but I upgraded to the ps5 version and I loved the game but I couldn’t go back to the bad graphics and FPS but like 5 trophies didn’t transfer so I gave up on it bc I was not replaying the hardest difficulty run again

To make madhouse easier you could have despawn molded instead of fighting them it means to walk into a different room to despawn them

31:36. I mean... this series is kinda famous for limited saves since the first game you had to collect ink ribbons for the typewriter to write your save. I get that might be hard with all the other stuff but it's iconic so it's not that far fetched. You should give the older ones a try they're pretty good.
